Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

Breakfast was great, pool was nice for the kids. Comfortable beds.

This hotel is perfect for families who are looking for a short stay near the BUF airport, it’s well located, clean, and fun. They have water dispensers, ice machines, free tea and coffee :) The staff is very helpful and courteous.

We stayed 3 days / 2 nights at the Tru Hotel by the Buffalo Airport with my husband & two kids - we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff were ALL very friendly & helpful, the room was nice & clean as was the hotel itself. My daughter & I really enjoyed the pool which was a nice simple salt water one & was open late til 11pm which we appreciated. My husband & son enjoyed the gym which is open 24 hrs. The breakfast buffet offered good choices which we felt was quality & tasty. I loved that the lobby offered coffee & hot water for tea 24 / 7. The design of the hotel, the colours were fun & family friendly. We had a fabulous stay & would come stay here again should we visit the Buffalo area in the future.

laminated flooring which makes it easier to keep it clean. The thick glass shower room gives me more room to shower and easier to keep it clean. Wonderful breakfast that meets different diet needs with an interesting pancake machine that makes perfect pancakes without human errors. Foosball tables and children's hands-on toys right next to the breakfast area keep active or boring children entertained and stay around while parents are enjoying their meals. This is a perfect hotel for families.

Rooms were so very small. Our family of 4 was very cramped and uncomfortable in our 2 queen bed room. There was no room for furniture so instead of a tv cabinet or dressers they installed a series of shelves on the wall. We will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again

I usually stay in this hotel always when I visit my family in Depew. Close and very quiet and clean and welcoming place. My favorite and hightly recomend.

I liked that there are things for the kids to do at the property. There are also kid friendly meal options. Its near the highway and shopping area.

Everything was great. Good for traveling families.

I was very skeptical of the high ratings. We found the staff to be over the top helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. My kids liked the funky, youthful decor and game center

The hotel offered an indoor pool and free breakfast daily. The pool was a nice option. However, the floors were extremely slippery and very dangerous for anyone walking on it. I'd strongly suggest getting some type of covering for the floor. My son slipped while walking and my entire family complained about how dangerous it was. Breakfast was a nice touch but not great quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms did not feel like they were cleaned well. Sheets seems like they were just pulled back and straightened from last guest. The towels were poor quality and scratchy and dingy. I requested housekeeping at 9am and when I returned at 7pm and nothing was done. I called the desk and was told they could give me trash bags to change the trash and send towels. I did not come out of town to change my own trash. The shower door was hanging off of the hinges and was a danger to guests. The hardware was falling out of the wall. Overall the hotel has potential but needs a refresh and some tweaks. I would not stay again.
