laminated flooring which makes it easier to keep it clean. The thick glass shower room gives me more room to shower and easier to keep it clean. Wonderful breakfast that meets different diet needs with an interesting pancake machine that makes perfect pancakes without human errors. Foosball tables and children's hands-on toys right next to the breakfast area keep active or boring children entertained and stay around while parents are enjoying their meals. This is a perfect hotel for families.

Rooms were so very small. Our family of 4 was very cramped and uncomfortable in our 2 queen bed room. There was no room for furniture so instead of a tv cabinet or dressers they installed a series of shelves on the wall. We will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again

I usually stay in this hotel always when I visit my family in Depew. Close and very quiet and clean and welcoming place. My favorite and hightly recomend.

I liked that there are things for the kids to do at the property. There are also kid friendly meal options. Its near the highway and shopping area.

Everything was great. Good for traveling families.

I was very skeptical of the high ratings. We found the staff to be over the top helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. My kids liked the funky, youthful decor and game center

The hotel offered an indoor pool and free breakfast daily. The pool was a nice option. However, the floors were extremely slippery and very dangerous for anyone walking on it. I'd strongly suggest getting some type of covering for the floor. My son slipped while walking and my entire family complained about how dangerous it was. Breakfast was a nice touch but not great quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms did not feel like they were cleaned well. Sheets seems like they were just pulled back and straightened from last guest. The towels were poor quality and scratchy and dingy. I requested housekeeping at 9am and when I returned at 7pm and nothing was done. I called the desk and was told they could give me trash bags to change the trash and send towels. I did not come out of town to change my own trash. The shower door was hanging off of the hinges and was a danger to guests. The hardware was falling out of the wall. Overall the hotel has potential but needs a refresh and some tweaks. I would not stay again.

Hotel is very colourful! Well kept and very active. Lots of kids running around and it’s dog friendly.

The only real negative was that there must’ve been some type of school sporting event or something in town and a lot of I’d young middles school aged kids were running around the whole hotel being loud like almost any unsupervised kid is. But I wouldn’t hold that against the hotel staff because the parents don’t know how to watch their kids. Luckily they quieted down around the time of the posted “quiet hours”. Other than that it was great: nice gym for a hotel, a saltwater pool that I didn’t get the chance to go in but it looked nice, the lobby has a 24hour what they called a market that had a pretty good selection of snacks and stuff, there was a pool table open for anyone to use, and there was 24hour complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and hot water which I believe there was also free tea bags for. My girlfriend and I stayed in a king room and if you’re looking for a nice bed, good shower, and a clean room and
