Elevator out of order entire 3 day stay, was promised it would be fixed first day, Room had no chair to sit in, only two bath towels,small TV, bed was comfortable. Asked for extra pillows that never came. Hotel in odd off road area right next to another hotel so Parking was hard as lot filled early and if you left during the day you had to park far away when you got back. Filled out pre check in form asking for daily room cleaning and towels for 2 people , they never came. Friendly workers but understaffed. Would not recommend for family or if you leave hotel in evening due to dark parking lot.

The pool had way too much chemicals in it. The entire hotel stunk like chlorine. My kids were all sick from it as well

Room was dirty, staff unhelpful, if traveling with a baby they are not accommodating to pack and play although they tell you they are .

This location had very good food and food choices and drink in the onsite bar like larger downtown hotels. The rooms were unique - loved the layout. It worked well for our family. Staff was very courteous, and completely accommodating during our stay. Being able to park our car onsite as a hotel guest while we travelled for a few days instead of the airport parking was also a welcomed bonus. We will definitely stay here again and we'll be looking for more Aloft hotels for our future travels.

I travelled with my family and it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staffs are absolutely amazing. The only negative experience was the house keeping person, on duty that morning, was so rude. She rushed us out of our room, saying that she needs to go home and cannot wait to clean it. The hotel needs to check in with this. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
