We came to Buffalo for a family trip and to see Niagara Falls. We were not disappointed with our choice for Fairfield Inn. The room was wonderful and we had a lot of options for nearby food and entertainment. The airport was a 5 min drive away. We would stay at this hotel again.

The staff at this property did an amazing job with servicing my family and I during our stay. Location is perfect, about 20 minutes or less drive to many attractions. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent however I would have love to see some fruits on the breakfast buffet. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

Bed was comfy, room was quiet and clean. We felt safe, and there is a starbucks in the parking lot that was very convenient for my coffee drinking family . Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

The people operating this facility were especially helpful and congenial! Was so impressed with the staff. I would also add that the pool was excellent and our kids really enjoyed it.

Amazing stay! We ended up here after a flight cancellation left our family in Buffalo. The staff were incredible (thank you Kristian at the front desk!!!!). The room was huge, clean, and quiet. Pool and hot tub were great! Kids loved breakfast! Great stay! Will be back next time we fly though Buffalo.

Only one person at the front desk on a holiday weekend. Very nnice but not too efficient. At the pool, no towels (and only one person at the desk) couldnt get an ice bucket. Very rude people in the piol. My kids were in thenwhirpool and they got in and overloaded and mune had to get out. They were letting there kids run up and down the pool deck and there were several falls and noone addressed it. When i said something to one of the kids (about 15) he gave me a dirty look. He went and told his mother and she caame over and chewed me out. My kids were in the pool when she got pushed in, they went to the whirlpool aat that time and thats when the whole family of eight got in on top of them andnthey had to move from there. What are we to expect from our children but a grunt with parentnts like that

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Appears to have recently been updated. Breakfast area was big (and could be used for other purposes as well — including microwave and tea station), and breakfast itself was a nice offering. For even more family friendliness, recommend an option for a stool so kids can reach the toilet, sink, etc. But overall, very pleased. Will return!

Honestly we were at the hotel less than 12 hours, but from what we could tell it was a nice place. My kids liked that there was an indoor pool even though we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Breakfast was decent.
