Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Very spacious rooms, great for families. Hotel was very convenient…close to airport and serves breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely returning!

This fit the bill for a cheap place to stay one night so we could wake up at the crack of dawn and catch a flight as a family. The hotel is under construction, so it seems in disrepair in some areas, clearly. The rooms are just OK. Dated and a little run down in the bathroom, but clean. Around 2 in the morning, we had a large man knock on our door repeatedly looking for someone. We were CREEPED OUT. Luckily it didn't wake up our kids.

We were in the area to visit family and attended a BPO concert. The location was ideal for both.

Nice property. It was kinda loud, baby crying for hours and some lady screaming and yelling for hours, but other than that it was a good stay

Enjoyed most of my 3-night stay at the Sleep Inn. Would have given overall & staff & service a 4-5 star rating. But had to knock down 2 stars b/c of my experience with getting in my room throughout (busted card entry that was later fixed on the last day), no sign for how to turn on the hot tub bubbles & the very rude guest family that rushed us out of the tub room, housekeeping not cleaning my room everyday & the staff members watching me whenever I came early in the morning for the free breakfast. I hope the hotel can make these improvements for future guests b/c I would love to return. The Sleep Inn had mostly exceeded all of my expectations during my stay there during my birthday weekend. The front desk staff were mostly very nice, friendly & accommodating to me. Can’t say the same for housekeeping not honoring my service request when I put it on my door and what I mentioned above. So you have to let front desk know all the time if you need anything. They were able to pick me up from the airport, checked-in early, had cookies (one day only) & gave me a beautiful room, minus the broken clock/desk chair & some dirt/grind/stains on the wall, fabric chair & carpet. But that’s to be expected w/hotel wear & tear. Report it to them just in case. My room felt every much like home. Even the staff called me in the evening to take advantage of their discount on room service but I kindly declined. Love all the other small & great things this hotel has to offer!

We were happy with our stay. It was overall clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoy the breakfast as it has a variety that fits out family. The couch was worn with some rips but we would still go back.

Stayed here for a night with my 7 year old son on the last leg of our road trip. This was my 2nd time staying here and it was a great as my first stay. It was my midpoint between Cincinnati where I had left the morning earlier and where I live in Massachusetts. I took advantage of the location and took my son to Niagara Falls before we headed home! Breakfast was great and the room came with a Jacuzzi which was the icing on the cake. I will probably stay here each time I drive from Boston to Cincinnati or to family in Canada. Parking was easy and the rooms are super comfortable and spotless.

This hotel was great. It accommodated my large family just fine. The included breakfast was good. It was the exact same thing on both days but it was still fine. Even though we were right next to the runways at the airport, it wasn't really that loud. It didn't affect our sleep at all. It was a good location that was close to shopping and dining options. We liked it so much we already have another stay booked for this hotel later in the year.

The breakfast option was really bad and the options were very very limited. The housekeeping was really not up-to mark. This might be a design issue - but the bathroom and living room partition(sliding door) was not easy for kid's use.

Convenient to the airport, great price and it’s very nice that breakfast is available starting at 4:30 am for the early flight people. Only issue is thin walls if you have a loud family next door that doesn’t want to sleep.
