The front desk staff on the pm shift are superior. The young man who took care of my family and I was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

Arrived to people walking around the property with music playing loudly through their sell phones, even getting on the elevators with music playing. Our floor smelled of food being cooked since almost every door was left propped open. I believe there were multiple families staying ear each other so they left their doors propped open and you could hear all their conversations and movement all night long.

I was frustrated that I booked a two bedroom suite and when I got there I was only given a king bed one room. We had our children with us and they had to sleep on the floor. The rate was way over priced for the room I received.

The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly however. The location is good. However, we stayed in 2 bedroom suite with family of 5 and I was expecting 2 bathroom and it was just one. It was really inconvenient stay. I have stayed in 2 bedroom suites at TownePlace few times in other locations and they always has 2 bathroom. The breakfast has very limited option. Could do better
