Room was nice, layout was good, and bathroom was fantastic. However beds were rock hard, and the rooms need better sound proofing. The people next to us had screaming children all night.

Check-in was ok. Staff said hello, but not as welcoming as our stays at Marriott Bonvoy. Also, no clean towels at pool which was super convenient for the kids. Finally, when we first arrived and were unloading our car, a man kept mingering around, and then wanted to follow us into the hotel after using our key to unlock the outside door. Made the experience super uncomfortable, and didn't feel as safe as we have at other hotels.

Spacious, clean rooms with everything needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find just off I-90, easy to travel around the area. Complimentary breakfast is simple, offers hot and cold options. Other restaurants nearby, including an Anchor Bar location with great wings. Pool is nice, we didn’t use this time but would with children. This was our second stay because we like the property. Great as a family or for a couple. Only downsides- TV glitchy when streaming movies. One large group of unsupervised children shouting and running the halls, which was not the fault of the hotel. Everything considered, we’d return in the future!

We had no notice that pool was out of service until we arrived, which was the major reason we booked a hotel room for the indoor pool for the kids, this information should have been provided on website or at least been offered a lower rate for the inconvenience. Also, rooms were small, tv was out of place, it was not centered for easy watching. There was an ice storm the night we stayed and at check out (noon) no signs of plow or salt truck..the parking lot was a sheet of ice. ..one more thing, at the time of check in, the front desk took a call from what i can assume was owner/management on occupancy status, just very tacky, this info should not be discussed in front of guest

I book 2 rooms one for my family and second one for my cousin when we arrive at hotel counter they said you have to give another card for second room because we didn’t receive payments I showed them my bank statements here look I did paid for 2 room. They when we receive payments we will return refund now my cousin paid for this room and I paid it too now we want our money back but they are denying it now we are going to soo them this is big headache.

Our room was clean, it just had a smelled i didnt like. I told staffed and they quickly came to spray for the smell to go away. All stay are very friend. Breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool. The whole place is cleaned and organized.
