Checking in was a nightmare. We drove a long time and then had someone in the hospital. When we finally got the the hotel, they had given our room to someone else and they weren't sure they had a room for us. Well, after talking with them, we were able to take the room for the other family that they put in our room. It then proceeded to take over an hour to get in the as they couldn't figure out how to get us a key and the manager key didn't work. We sat in the hallway for over an hour while they figured it out.

Dan is a douche. Even looks like one a bit. Bald & flaccid. Unfortunately, the first face I saw when I arrived. Immediately he was confrontational where he should have been helpful. We are over 550 miles from home. And this guy wants to show just how unwelcoming this hotel & NY can be. I really thought he wasn’t going to allow me to check in even though I had already paid AND had the receipt & confirmation to show. Other than Dan the douche, the place was great. Breakfast was terrific. Coffee all day. The kids loved the pool and had a great time.

We stayed at this location for one night with our kids and I can't recommend this hotel enough - the staff were very friendly, the facilities were extremely clean, and the breakfast was terrific. If I'm ever in Buffalo again I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We visited while in town for a concert this past weekend. At first, the proximity to the hwy and apartments next door left us with low expectations. The front desk staff were nothing short of amazing. The room was spacious and clean. We had concerns about some hardware on the door, as well as the proximity of our room to the elevator and the fact that we have an infant (potential loud noise during the night and nap times). My concerns were addressed right away by having maintenance come to our room within 30 min. Although they were not able to change our room, we had no issues. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall good stay. The hotel was updated and clean. Check in was easy. Not overly busy, easy parking and close to where I needed to be. My only real complaint is that the rooms were definitely not very sound proof. My neighboring rooms alarm woke me up at 8:30am due to my being able to hear it through the wall. And I was woken up one night at 1:00am from being able to hear giggling and conversation. It is also right next to a highway so you can hear a bit of road noise. These weren’t huge inconveniences to me but if there was a loud family next door it would have been significantly more noticeable. Otherwise had a fine stay.
