Lovely rooms, very well lit, and comfy beds. The staff is so kind and sweet. I always wish their fitness facilities were a little more elaborate but I appreciate the basics. Didn’t love that I had to pay for breakfast, but I was visiting family so that was fairly inconsequential.

friendly, helpful staff. My husband and I wanted to spend some late night time alone in the lobby, while the kids were resting upstairs. front desk person was super helpful in getting us to a quiet space that was well lit, and having a Starbucks right there was really super nice too.

Hotel room is clean. Staircase full of food debris. Bunch of kids running around the hallways with banging footsteps. So annoying. Blame the stupid parents.

My family and I drove my son to UB and stayed 5 nights at this Marriott. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. Staff was lovely and the rooms were really nice and clean. A plus was that they offered Netflix on their TV remote so I could log into my account and watch. The location is central to just about everything. Never heard any neighborly noises. Beds super comfortable. Hot tub and pool were clean and well kept. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

It was very upsetting to see how differently two kinds of rooms are treated. While I have no complaints for the king sized room, having my family in the double room have worn out and reallly dirty towels was not okay. If the other rooms can have clean white towels, this room should not have had such disgusting towels, they should have been thrown out or clearly washed better.

It sounded like a daycare center with kids running around. I believe they were part of basketball team. They probably lost thier game using all that energy running around 😆

The staff was friendly and helpful. Pleasant, quiet, and family friendly atmosphere. There were three things that can be improved: 1. The wallpaper in our room was peeling in a couple of places 2. The coffee in the room left a lot to be desired. Thankfully there was a Starbucks in the restaurant on the first floor (which we had to pay for separately, of course). 3. There was a gap in the sidewalk when we exited the hotel to the left, towards the parking lot, that I tripped on, but I was caught and didn’t fall, thankfully. This should be fixed so no one else falls, please.
