Staybridge Suites Buffalo-Amherst, an IHG Hotel

We had a wonderful week here. Everyone went out of their way to help you and make sure you have what you need. Didn’t even get upset with me or my family when I kept needing new keys. Usually multiples on some days

Great location! So convenient! Nice set up for a family. Furniture was old and not very clean. Room was dusty and needed to be vacuumed. Bathrooms were clean Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable

This property made for an amazing family vacation. The breakfast every morning included eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, fresh fruits, a variety of baked goods, fresh juices, hot coffee and so much more. The pool was clean and fun for my kids, there was even free laundry facilities. There was a fun social event M-W evenings with appetizers and drinks to enjoy and they set out cookies to snack on every evening we were there. The staff was all so kind and I would recommend staying at Staybridge Amherst NY to everyone going to the area!

We stay st this hotel every time we come to visit family in Tonawanda. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms can accommodate larger families.

My go to hotel when in Buffalo-close to family and anywhere you want to visit,shop,eat! Staff is always so helpful and friendly!

Staff was very nice. Mark at front desk was great, he answeded all are queztions and allowed us to checkin early. Our children LOVED the pool and had an amzing time. Thanks and we look forwad to visiting in the future.

When I initially stayed the property was pristine, clean,better kept. Now just did my 3rd or 4th trip and I get the feeling this hotel is starting to struggle. The grounds, around the hotel and the rooms not as clean, upkept or dusty in other areas. Me and my family was also locked out of our room for a few hours because of a lock failure on my door. I was given a discount on my bill, but felt this could have been handled better. Also, luckily we brought our own shower gel, because the one in my hotel bathroom was broken. I stay here everytime I visit my son or drop him off at UB, as it is very convenient to everything, but now I think I will start to explore other options. The property needs to be managed much better.

This hotel is SO NICE. Like sooo nice. Everything about it was great. There’s a few places to eat right outside the hotel, in the parking area. The breakfast was amazing. They had a ton of great quality options for breakfast. The rooms were crazy clean and perfect for our family of seven. I really liked that we had our own bedrooms in our room. We also got this hotel for a great price. I highly recommend you stay here for a great experience and high quality stay.

I loved that they upgraded my family to a 2 bedroom suite. We have stayed at Staybridge properties in other cities and they never disappoint!

Very nice hotel, we had two rooms one for our family and one for my dad.Their house keeping is horrible though, we stayed 8nights and not once did we get clean towels or anyone cleaning in our room until after we went to the desk and asked for fresh towels. We did have our sign out until about 10 to 1030 am but no later than that,and they still never came to clean or checked back. They also apparently clean your room once a week by scheduled times and ours apparently was the day before we checked out, we asked to have the day changed they said they would see and let us know and then never got back to us, so we didnt have any cleaning done until the day before we left. Also the lady that was there at the desk when we checked in was not the friendliest. However the lady that was there when we checked out was nice. But everything in the hotel is nice and comfy. Its just the housekeeping that threw the experience off for all of us.
