Sleep Inn

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when in the area visiting family.

Traveled with 2 young kids. What I like: Free buffet breakfast Parking Close to restaurants and shopping malls Staff-attentive to customers needs E.g. checked in with kids-front desk lady asked for room preference. Staff replenish breakfast items timely. What needs to be improved: Waffle station: needs to be at least 2 stations as people just lining up and waiting for their turn. Maybe a ready to eat pancake will do as well rather than waiting. Sink is outside the washroom. I did not like the idea of touching the door after using the toilet. Room is a bit small. Shower is a bit outdated.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the grand baby.

Two day stay for family activities and sightseeing. Very clean room and nice shower.

It was a clean and nice hotel for our trip to visit my family in Michigan. II would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine except while eating breakfast in the dining area there were children running around playing tag and pushing each other disrupting people while we were eating. There was staff around and nothing was said. There should be a sign saying this room is for eating, this is not a playground.

Nice family hotel. Comfy beds. Quiet. Nice staff.

Spent two nights here while visiting family in the area and it was perfectly acceptable. The bed was good and it was quiet, and that's what matters to me.

Stay was good. I would book there again. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean and accessible as promised for my needs. I would recommend to friends and family

Room 402 smelled HORRIBLE. The beds were dirty where we had to use personal linens and clean with disinfecting wipes. The bathroom stand up shower was also dirty with soap scum and other black residue. The toilet was not working properly. We had to fill the bowl up with water in order to flush. We also noticed the toilet had a small leak coming from the back of the basin. The bedroom door had cracks on the side and at the bottom where people and light were visible. We tried discussing with the gentleman at front desk (checkin) and he suggested waiting until 11pm for another staff memeber to start her shift for assistance. Upon staff member Samantha's arrival, we again expressed concerns and she stated accomodations could not be made at present time. She stated she will discuss in the morning with manager for assistance. We had no other alternative so we spent the night with a sickly child in need under these conditions hoping someone could assist. In the morning we received a bill that was slipped under the door for the full amount of $300.30 and no manager. The stay at Sleep Inn was horrible including the noisy dog who barked constantly a few doors down. Housekeeping made her way to our room at 10:30am where we were made aware upon checkin that checkout was at 12pm.
