We stayed here on our way back from visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very pretty and a nice upgrade. Only issues we had were that the floors were a little cold as they were tile and the heated pool was only lukewarm.

I just got the most awful experience of my whole life in this hotel. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. When I checked in I was informed that the pool hours were from 10 AM to 8 PM. We tried to swim at 7 PM and the pool was already closed and no one was at the front desk, so we couldn't swim. Next morning at 10:00 AM pool was closed, I went back to my room and tried again at 10:15 AM, pool was still closed, So I went to the front desk and told the lady that I was checking out that day, that the night before I couldn't swim and the the pool was not open on the advertised hours. Very rudely she said she will go ahead and open the pool. It took another 15 minutes before she showed up with an angry face to open the pool. After only 30 mins of swimming, at 11AM sharp, the same lady went to the pool and started screaming to us that we should leave the premises. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. My 6 year old and baby started crying because of all the screaming so I decided to not confront so we stepped out of the pool. The lady stayed there the whole time watching us like we were criminals. She left for 5 minutes, we were not out yet from the hotel yet, she came back and she continued screaming. “I am tired of being nice, you have to leave now or I will call the authorities”. We left with soaking wet bottoms, getting yelled out and feeling like criminals. I am usually sympathetic with people but this lady should be fired.

Dining and bar closed at 10pm! What's up with that? Way too early, so never had the opportunity to have a quiet dinner or drink without the kids! Big let down

Went to Cruces for the weekend for a metal show, didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30 A.M. Got to our room, keys didn’t work, the man at the desk seemed like he doubted me and asked me what color the lock was flashing? Got IN the room and the AC didn’t work, had to go and get another room and set of keys, all while hauling all our stuff and a 6 month old baby. Overall the experience was annoying. It’s a fine hotel but we’ll never be staying there again! (unless they open club 30 again)

Comfortable room, good beds. Older facility so perfection cannot be expected. They need to replace lights in the parking lot and fix the AC in the common areas. AC in bedroom worked find. The receptionist was friendly. They have a security officer on site, and this is probably good because the area around it is right off I-10, so security is a good thing. They are strict about kids staying with parents at all times and not making noise, which is also good.

The hotel room was cute but had dust everywhere. Also since there’s tile in the halls we were woken up by the cleaning carts going through. Also since the pool is in doors you hear a lot of kids screaming as they play and it can get quite loud. Disappointed because I wanted to love it.

What a fantastic deal. 100 bucks and the hotel interior is really nicely decorated. Perfectly heated indoor pool that me and the kids loved. Really fun decor in the lobby and a cute little full service restaurant to boot. Staff (Alma) was super friendly as well.

Caucasian lady in front was SUPER RUDE about my children being there. Pool was heated and perfect and love that there’s a restaurant, spa and bar within the hotel. Bathroom is gross, cleaners didn’t change out sheets, and AC don’t work luckily it was cold outside anyway.

The hotel was very warming. The pool Inside was a great energy release for the kids! The restaurant was so yummy. And the device was wonderful. Some minor cosmetic repairs are needed and a possible step down out of the bath/showers. It’s a big drop off and makes it unsafe to exit out of the shower. Overall beautiful and welcoming stay!
