Comfort Inn & Suites Las Cruces Mesilla

The management of this establishment was extremely disappointing during our recent stay. Although the employees were exceptional, the same cannot be said for the owners/managers. Our family has stayed here multiple times in the past, but this last visit was horrendous. We were rudely reminded of the check-out time when we tried to use the pool before 11 am. The female manager was particularly unpleasant and yelled at us when my son needed to use the restroom, claiming that he had drenched the floor. However, there were no safety mats placed in or leading to the pool's restroom, nor were there any safety mats in the pool area. This made the situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the management's behavior, we will not be returning to this establishment. We hope that the management will learn how to speak to guests with more courtesy and respect, especially the female manager who had no customer service skills. As the face of the establishment, her behavior was an embarrassment.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There’s was someone’s leftover food in the fridge but everything else seemed clean. Beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed their time in the pool.

Stayed for just a quick overnight stay. Was given a room initially that reeked bad of vomit. Went to request a room change and the front desk attendent mentioned the family who stayed previously had a young one who had an accident that required the carpets to be shampooed. He was very polite and did give us another room. I have no complaints of the stay just a suggestion that the original room should have been aired out completely with a fan. Overall nice stay.

My family liked the clean room, the comfortable bed, friendly staff, and easy access to the interstate. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we were traveling across several states.
