We had an amazing stay! Staff was very friendly & made us feel welcomed- from the front desk, restaurant, & house keeping. The pool was beautiful and the kids had a great time !

great place to stay for families and couples too. very clean,staff is very friendly and very accommodating ,security on grounds. lots of restaurants within walking distance. pool and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant was okay for lunch didn't try the breakfast. free coffee was good.

Stayed a quick overnight while passing through on a room trip. The hotel is beautiful and lots of places to take cute photos. The staff was very friendly and attentive via text! But being “pet friendly” I would say is less than desirable- one tiny rocky/sand area to relieve themselves and the rest of the grass areas were for event use only. There was awedding so there was a reception party until pretty late so I won’t fault them for the noise bc it ended at midnight on a Saturday (which I think is reasonable) pool was cute and had a bar but very very small. Overall good hotel for photos ops and events but not for families or pets.

Beautiful pics of the pool attracted me to the hotel which was beautiful minus out of control kids and parents. It seemed it was the weekend that guests were inviting their outside friends to party at the pool. The room was ok but smelled of smoke the entire time. Nice art though in the lobby.

I didn’t appreciate that the hotel did not honor the total price of my stay as when I reserved the room more than a month prior. I also didn’t appreciate all the noise coming from the children next door.

Smoke alarm went off several times first night. Than again again throughout second night. Thin walls, and could hear a herd of elephants running through the hallways, rooms. It was very loud loud screaming kids, obnoxious. Parking is very full and not well lit. Bathrooms are could be updated. Rooms are very dark. But don’t help with sleep due to the screaming kids and smoke alarms. Beds are comfortable along with pillows but again, not enough pillows to muffle the noise of the kids and screaming alarms. This hotel is a hard pass for me.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was above our expectations and the service we received was beyond anything we could have hoped for! The grounds are immaculate, the amenities were perfect and we couldn't get enough of the heated pool and fireplace! We recently had family move to Las Cruces and we hope the property is available on our next visit because we will definitely be staying with y'all again!

Check in took a long time and nobody was there. Then when se tried to go to sleep, there were 2 employee outside near our window. Third floor but se could hear the whole conversation and they were cussing here and there. I couldn’t put my baby to sleep because of the noise.
