We always enjoys staying at this hotel as a family, but there was a storm and the hotel was out of power for about 6 hours. We were in town for an event and we had to shower in the dark, my daughter and I could not fix our hair properly or do our make up, my son who decided not to attend the event stayed in the room and stepped out to go to the pool and the staff would not allow him back in the room because they had no way to verify he was a guest. They offered no compensation. Thr room became extremely hot and it took a long time to cool down once the power was back. There are always transians in the area, but this time it was excessive!

As grandparents traveling with children, the meals and snacks relieve both stress and finance. Having access to a crib helps with the packing and lugging.

What I liked best about this hotel was the "Quiet". Even with lots of kids staying there, once oour door was shut, we hardly heard any people going about. The staff was excellent, the free breakfast and "light" dinner were very well done. This hotel is a mere few minutes from the Mesilla plaza which for us was most welcome. We'd stay here again.

Never staying again in this property. I have never been racially profiled until I stayed here. The receptionist was racist, she decided to close out the pool because supposedly a white couple stated that the kids were running and jumping all over the place. We were in the pool for almost 2-3 hours with no complaints until this couple complained and brain washed this receptionist. She kicked us out in a very rude manner that even the kids felt bad and were asking questions about race that they shouldnt be. Very bad place. For reference I stayed there 2/24-2/25

Great hotel. We love the kickback hour! They have a great pool and nice rooms. Our kids love this hotel.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The evening light meal was a huge plus especially when traveling with kids. Pool was great and enjoyed after a long day of training.

It was a last minute family getaway with my 2 and 4 year old. And we all had a great time. Staff was wonderful. Super family friendly. We loved it.
