We reserved and paid for a suite for 6 people, but when we arrived we were given a room for four. Upon requesting further accommodations we were given one twin roll away bed. One of my kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Not okay.

Had other people near us making and letting their children stomp, run, pound, yell, scream on our floor, plus the AC outside was really loud. The staff was really great and friendly.

It was fine We were not there to enjoy ourselves, just a family emergency, so didn't do much enjoying. The pool was freezing! The breakfast was very good

I called the property in advance to make sure getting the correct type of room that would accommodate a family of five I needed a sofa bed as well as two queen beds I did the reservation as they recommended but when I got there there was no sofa bed in the room . The room was not that clean it was and there, it was a horrible experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have 4 kids so we pick hotels for the pool. This pool was out of service and we were told we couldn’t get a refund because we used Expedia.

The staff were great. However this place needs a major make over. The beds were terrible, my children were even complaining they beds were bad. Wall paper coming off in our room. The shower was terrible. The hall way carpet looked like something out of the shining. Entry looks great but the rooms. Wont be staying again. The chiropractor will be getting a call when we get home :/
