Loved the grassy area--perfect for our 9-person family gathering. Lovely sitting outside in the evening. Staff was amazing--friendly and attentive to our needs. Prices were appropriate. Great breakfast. Will definitely return!

Great staff - no elevator - weird smell - loud train going by in middle of the night. We got into town very late, around 11. I was exhausted from the drive with the dog, the cat and the kid. The staff was very sweet. She advised the train comes by 2x a night. 1am and 4am. She did offer earplugs which I declined but regretted. This a cute older roadside motel so there is no elevator. We had to make a few trips. There was a weird smell in the room. I was too tired to care. BUT - oh man, when that train came barreling by at 1ish in the morning, I’m pretty sure it drove through my soul. So GD loud. Breakfast was abundant.

Older style hotel with charm. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I would stay here again. Recommend to family and friends.

Great place, great free breakfast. There are train tracks near so if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind while booking, but it didn't wake up or bother anyone in my family.

I have been using this BestWestern for years when I drive from the Dallas area to Tucson to visit family. It has never disappointed me in friendliness, efficiency, and meeting my expectations. The bed was comfortable, and had more blankets than I needed. So if you sleep hot you can take blankets off, if you sleep cold I think there should be enough to keep you warm.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Good size king room with frig & microwave. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal & more. Quiet. Small grassy area in the center for kids & dogs. Friendly staff. Close to Old Mesilla and Broken Spoke Taphouse (grill & lots of craft beers on tap).

The family running the property are extremely capable proprietors who have taken considerable effort to creat a secure and comfortable stay. Being right on the main drag onto Las Cruces made it easy to get to the only late night food available before they closed. And with the little rainfall they get, the maintenance problem that woke us in the middle of the night and could not be fixed was remedied quickly by assigning us a new room and extending to us a later checkout. This is definitely the place to overnight on the road in Las Cruces
