Conveniently located off the freeway. Next to a Walmart. BUT there’s a homeless campground next door. Nothing bad happened to us while we were there but it made us sheep with one true open. The hotel smells dirty. They do try to put air fresheners in the rooms and it kinda works but then you walk the hall aisles and can see just how dirty the carpet is. Don’t get me started on the room carpet. Made my kids throw away their socks from how dirty they were from walking from the bed to the restroom

RUN!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Our family stayed at the hotel for one night and that was long enough. The room was very disgusting. There was trash under the table when we entered; we had to wear shoes because the carpet was so nasty… it smelled like dog urine; the a/c was on its last leg; seriously….we could go on and on. The parking lot had homeless people wandering around and talking to themselves. It was quite alarming. There was a sign where you park that stated to hide your belongings in your car and included a phone number to report suspicious behavior. That’s very telling. The pool was right beside the area where the said homeless people were camped out. There was also a gentleman filming the pool area with his phone. It was uncomfortable that we couldn’t let our kids go swimming. The day after we left, our credit card was charged an unauthorized amount of $40. Upon calling the hotel to inquire the charge, we were accused of stealing two pillows from the room. There is absolutely nothing we would want to take from that room. I would advise staying anywhere else. We aren’t people with high expectations, but jeeezzzz…this place is absolutely horrible. Wyndham hotels needs to DO BETTER.

Our nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes, my baby crawled around and his knees/hands turned black, it looked and felt dirty.

The property reeked of sewer and it was as if the baby crying in next room was in my room.

The hotel itself was ok, as well as being of great value, but not even a block from the hotel, there are several unhoused in a vacant lot, living in tents. At anytime, anyone can have a disruption in life and go down the same road. I just thought it may be helpful in my review, if family with small children or women decided to stay here.

Majority of parking is at the rear. If you park your car, you can’t access the lobby until you check in and get a key. Very noisy, kids running and playing ball until 11pm in the room next to us.

Check-in was quick and easy. The property is old, outdated, and in need of repairs. The elevator was broken and all guests were required to use the stairs. The room appeared clean when we arrived. The hotel was very loud. My family and I were awoken at 5 am due to slamming doors of another guest and dogs barking in another room. There were good options at the breakfast buffet. Overall an ok stay.

I hate to write a bad review for this property because the staff was really nice. First check in set in stone at 3:00 is BS. I was up at 4:30 and people were leaving. Get one or more maids in to start cleaning early and staff up as checkout time occurs. Early check in is $20., more BS. But worst of all is the PET FRIENDLY policy. If you like dog and cat dander and hair you'll love this property. Just the thought of the nastyness pets leave behind makes my stomach turn. The room was filthy with this, and there is not way to get this stuff clean, not saying anything about barking and wineing dogs and running kids from the floor above. When you have to pay these kind of rates, you should get a clean room with minimal noise.

We stayed in three different rooms while traveling with our family. The sheets and towels were stained in two of the rooms. I had requested rooms that were not pet friendly and the girl at the front desk didn’t know if they were! My granddaughter is allergic to dogs and cats and broke out in a rash almost immediately! Not a good experience for us!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful for our entire stay. The pool was not working and all covered up but there was no notice of that before booking. The place could use an upgrade but it was clean overall. There is a lot of homeless that live behind the hotel. They never bothered us but it still makes you concerned when you walk into your hotel in the dark with little kids and leave your car parked in the parking lot. Overall it was fine. Not good but not awful either.
