Great stay, we were locals looking for a place to stay because storms knocked out the power to our house. We were able to book this room last minute for my family and it was a nice and cool stay. Kids were happy and beds comfy. Would stay again.

Our family of 5 plus two dogs stayed at the property in the double queen suite. We really enjoy the spacious rooms. We were disappointed the sink for the bathroom was not separate from the toilet and shower. Not a huge deal, but slightly inconvenient getting everyone through the one bathroom.

Sheets were not clean, they had hair all over them and brown spots. Receptionist was mediocre at best. They put us on the 4th floor knowing we had kids and then complained about them stopping around and crying. Duh, it’s a baby and a toddler.

Best stay ever! Room was so spacious, convenient and clean. We enjoyed the seating area to entertain visits with our kids. Indoor pool and whirlpool was a hit too on 100 degree days. Enjoyable variety at breakfast and all workers were very courteous and helpful.

My stay was not as fun. The TV did y work the maid came out 4x’s to fix it. It worked for a lil bit but got tired of having to call to come out to fix it. So just left it alone after the 4th time it stopped working. There were kids racing in the hall way til about 11pm making a lot of noise. Then on top of that there was kids running around jumping making a lot noise in the room above us til about midnight. Plus no TV made for a long rough night. Then I told the front desk when I checked out they didn’t say much just sorry. If the TV would have worked it wouldn’t have been as bad. So no TV so I checked out of the room 3 hrs early no point of staying to relax. Just not happy with my stay the room was nice and clean but that’s about it.

I had 2 kids so they put me with other large large family! We did not sleep! They went to bed so late, 1 am possibly later and then woke up at 5 am! It was the longest confortable night The hotel on the other hand was great!!
