Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Our room had been more recently remodeled, was spacious and quiet. Everything was clean, the kids loved the pool, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. We will absolutely stay here again

Staff were very friendly and were available to provide assistance at anytime. Breakfast was good. Pool and grounds were nice and clean. We booked a family room with 2 beds and sofa pull out. The room was large, however the it was a bit used, the sofa bed was old, but the kids said it was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet.

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my family. From check in to check everything was great, quick and easy! Staff was great. Everyone I encountered had great attitudes. The front desk, maintenance man , housekeeping and servers in breakfast area. Great morning breakfast and pool area was perfect for my grandkids and family. I definitely will stay again!

Quick trip to stay the night before flying out early in the am. Pool was great for the kids, looks like some new food options and a brewery opening up soon close by which will be great. Easy to get to airport with the free shuttle and much cheaper parking to keep vehicle at the hotel. Would stay again.

Check in was quick, which I appreciated after a long day of driving. Raphael was friendly and knowledgeable of the property. He answered my questions and found us a larger room to better fit our needs. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There were families at the pool and children playing. It seems family friendly. I personally live those sounds. You could nit hear it from the room though. There wasn't really any outside noise heard in the room. Could not get the TV to change channels but that may have been use error. However, my teenagers couldn't figure it out either. We did not go down for breakfast or use the restaurant.

There was a small dead roach between the two beds. The walls are very thin you can hear birds, arguments, baby crying, dogs barking. Breakfast was awesome. However the owner needs to fix coffee brewer.

I booked this based on the excellent reviews. I stayed here with my family and although I felt safe, I wouldn't stay here again because of cleanliness and the fact that it is very motel like. The hot tub outside was cold and when we notified the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

This was a quick trip from ND to Albuquerque and return in 48 hours - with an ill family member. Rafael was prompt in picking me up at the airport... getting to the hotel... checking me in... and then transporting me to a nursing home to pick up my elderly aunt. Rafael got both of back to the hotel.. and the next morning was available for transportion back to the airport. I can't say enough about the service Rafael provided in every way... even fixing a minor issue with figuring out an electrical outlet in our room. And, then he was spotted again... hosting the 5:00 evening snacks in the Breakfast Room! The Assessible Room was also appreciated. However, the hotel does need a wheelchair for the guests that need assistance - or can't walk. Thank you for the stay - I would stay at your hotel again, given the opportunity.

The rooms have poor sound shielding. I could easily hear a baby crying all night across the hall. Also no elevators. An older building. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff very nice. Restaurant in front of property also decent.
