Aiden by Best Western @ South Reno

We were pleasantly surprised by this whole property! The rooms were spacious and clean and modern! The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice! The girls at the front desk were very nice! The entire property was well cared for, clean and beautiful! The pool and outdoor area were awesome with fire pit tables and yard games for the kids! The location was great and close to lots of shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed breakfast onsite at Two chicks! We will definitely be back

We had a great stay at the Aiden. The location was central to places to eat and shop. The room was nice and clean and had the necessities. The pool was great and the Two Chicks restaurant on site was good. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensely and just the atmosphere! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place!

We reserved three rooms because we have a big family. The staff at the front desk were very sweet and friendly. We walked into our room and my husband went to use the restroom and the toilet was clogged before he even used it. Like looked like it was about to overflow. So he asked me to just get us a different room so we didn't have to deal with plumbing issues on our overnight stay. I went to the front desk and told them and they said they would send a plumber up cuz they were sold out. Which they did right away and he unclogged it but it just kinda felt gross after that. There was hair that wasn't ours on the bathroom sink which I cleaned myself (cuz sold out) my son wanted to take a bath and the bath plug was on the side of the tub and I looked inside the drain and it was FULL OF HAIR upon our arrival. I didn't even want to shower in there after that. Like eeeeeeew. Again, the staff was sweet, the hotel had a cool looking pool but we couldn't swim cuz it closed at EIGHT PM! So early, it's not even dark by then and was still over 100 degrees at 9pm when we checked in. Oh well.

Had a family medical and had to leave a day early

The staff was great! The property was perfect. We were there with our grandson and he loved the pool and the large yard Tick Tac Toe. I loved how the property was family friendly. The only negative for us was that there was no continental breakfast.

Very nice property, family friendly activities in the courtyard, no noise

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was next to a large family with small children who were very noisy. Staff moved us to a nice, quiet room where we were able to get some sleep before leaving very early for a flight.

Amazing stay! It was clean and I didn't have to worry about sleeping in the bed. I will stay here every time I come visit my family. The staff was so sweet!

First night we had a group of kids and adults check in next door to us. It was late, about 10 oclock. They were soo loud. Zero sound proofing. Sounded like they were in our room. They were up till 1 am. They quited down the next two days thankgoodness. House keeping never came into our room to refresh our towels. We always got back to room so late never had a chance to ask for more. Trash was never taken out. By time we left both trashes were over flowing. Would not stay here again.

Our stay was for a family trip for a car show. We have a worldwide car club that has chosen to only stay at this hotel for all of our events. This hotel and staff are beyond accommodating and are a pleasure to deal with. We asked for some accommodations and they complied without hesitation. We even had a problem with our refrigerator and they were fast to try and fix that situation also. We as a whole group will not stay in any other hotel in Reno other that this establishment. The management and hotel staff really went above and beyond for our entire group
