This was a family visit, our room was comfortable and spacious. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been to access the lobby via the rear entrance. Even after re programming the card, it wouldn't allow entry.

I needed some much-needed downtime before heading off to our family Christmas time in Arizona. It was all perfect, comfortable room temperature, the blackout curtains were super helpful and breakfast was just right, thank you for adding the non-sugar yogurt, bananas, fresh juices, toast, and cereal. Thank you for everything!

The rooms could be well kept more and the maids need to clean the carpets and rooms better. I would gladly stay elsewhere had it not been convenient for my family and really late.

We enjoyed three nights while visiting family. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was also a plus!

After an exhausting flight with an infant, we were so thankful to check in to this hotel and have a clean, quiet space to rest. Hotel staff was courteous, efficient, and friendly. Will recommend to friends visiting Reno.

Staff is friendly, place is safe, quiet, easy access, close to Costco, easy to find places for dinner. 2-queen bed room is clean and big enough, shower had a little problem but fixed right away after request. Breakfast has enough varieties for both adults and kids. Overall, excellent place to stay for multi-day ski trip in Mt. Rose.

Our family is satisfied with the room and cleanliness. However, the fire alarm rang 3 TIMES at the first night we stayed, EVEN without any fire situation. All people ran out with pajamas and waited outside the hotel freezing. The counter person did not say anything helpful but " I did not know why it happened". I strongly suggest that hotel management should have more sense of crisis management. They should at least comfort the customers with words. We had a bad sleepless night at the first night. Thank God the fire alarm did not ring next night. Breakfast coffee is too light just like water,but the blueberry pancake is good.
