Different experience since I really enjoy room service and assistance with my luggage, however it was a wonderful hotel and our family enjoyed being together.

We came in late… about midnight after a long day with a child and no one was at the desk. We waited 15 minutes and started to consider another hotel. Front desk person finally arrived and complained that she was busy and only one on staff. Not our problem.

Very nice room but was very surprised to be charged for parking at box hotel of this style. Was not notified that I would be charged for parking. Also heads up there is no door to close for privacy for shower! Would avoid if traveling with your kids, friends or others you don't wanna be naked in front of :)

Love the room other then theres a door to the toilet room but no door to the bathroom which has a sink and shower with a glass door. There’s a wall with beds on one side and the shower and sink on the other side wide open. Not idea room for families.

Nice place to stay passing through Reno. The room and hotel were modern and very clean. The price was excellent and it’s pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. The bathroom is not private though- no door between glass shower and room and our bathroom sliding door did not work. It was fine for us as a family- but wouldn’t work with others. There’s a bar with light menu available and a nice little 24 hour convenience store. Would recommend for short stay at a clean, safe and easy to get to place that is a good value.

Strange to take a shower in a clear glass door shower when the vanity mirror reflects a view back into the bedroom area. Im sure my entire family does not want to see that.

Room was smaller than expected. Didnt realize that the shower was located outside and not locked behind the bathroom door. Pool was fine for my little kids but was dmall co.lared to others. Bar was open late but bartender didnt know some of the drinks our wives wanted. But his service was still good.

Fun, modern vibe, yet comfortable and great for families and pets. We were just passing through on our way to California but had a great night playing Cornhole and swimming.
