Quick overnight family trip for a small gathering. Had a great time using the awesome indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a wonderful spread and very well setup. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Bathroom shower in our room needed some updating/deep cleaning but that is about the only negative I could say. Very unique room and we loved it. King bed with a DOOR for mom and dad so we could stay up and relax/watch TV and the kids slept in the front living room/sleeper sofa area. The door on the bedroom also meant the sleeping area for the kids was dark and they slept very well and had to be woken up which is very rare. I would stay here again. Anyone-especially families- looking for a quick hotel room in the GR area should consider this!

Hotel was nice. Rooms were quiet and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings. We also spent the second evening playing games as a family in the lobby area after eating our take out dinner there. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed a few games in the game room. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I loved that the pool was a warm enough temperature for my infant. I also loved the shower for rinsing off right in the pool area. The breakfast wasn't great but the continental breakfast at hotels never is. We will definitely be back!!

Took the kids on a weekend getaway to Swim and have fun .. We are very pleased with our stay and the breakfast was amazing.. definitely will stay here again

Greeted by a friendly, smiling face pool, hot tub, work out room and a hot pot of coffee. That’s enough for a five star review for me! Plenty of food in the mornings although I wasn’t there to experience it, I did come in and see a lot of people enjoying breakfast looked friendly, fun and very clean. Room wasn’t the cheapest on Expedia, but that’s what I like. I will gladly pay extra for hotels like this, quiet & peaceful. Pool was nice and spacious enough even with a family and two other parties enjoying the pool we still were all able to have a fun enjoyable time.

We picked the wrong weekend for a staycation.. wanted to bring the kids for the pool.. but we had the hallway from Hell, full of rowdy kids up way after midnight.. had to call front desk

Very comfortable accommodations for our family to gather after a funeral. Really enjoyed being able to use the breakfast room to share pizza and watch a football game as a group. Thank you.

We had a very nice stay in a queen sweet to accommodate our family of five. It was perfect- pull out bed anywhere is horrible and it was true in this case but we didn’t have high expectations. Wish all hotels had a better option. Continental breakfast was perfect. Everything you could want- probably the best part of the stay. The hotel main areas were clean and always staff working about. So so friendly. The room was ok- we found some clothes and trash in the corner of the room from a previous guest. The pool area was clean and pool warm but hot tub was disgusting- dirty foamy water. I was told someone was there working on it previously. Overall a good stay and we would Absolutley choose to stay here again.

We had to cancel our reservation due to a death in the family. Country inn & Suites could not refund our money because we paid Expedia. Expedia would not refund our money either. Probably will consider not using Expedia again after this.
