Wonderful staff - we stayed during an awful snow storm with family - they had staff cleaning off cars in the mornng! Everyone was so friendly excellent service in bar area and for breakfast !

This Hilton is ok. It was close to the university and made it very easy to visit our adult children. However the property is in need of so repairs. There was no maid service. I was this until our second day when I asker why our room was not cleaned. They we ran out of coffee the second day no came to restock our room. At night cars raced up and down the beltline so it was very noisy.

Booked a last minute stay with some family. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub were great! The hotel had great energy and the bar was a lot of fun. Rooms are nice and updated but I will note that the bathroom doors do not lock.

Super solid 3 star hotel!!! Traveled with kids & my pet. The only downside was the surprise $75 pet fee they charged (1 star deducted for this). They said the fee is on their website, but Expedia definitely did not have any warnings about this. So beware. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Hotel looks to be recently renovated & newly appointed. Restaurant on site. Kids LOVED the pool! It was an indoor pool with an indoor/outdoor connecting hot tub. Kids swimming ended at 10:30pm. Adults only swim went until midnight I believe. If they get the pet fee prominently posted to Expedia, would stay again.

When I arrived and tried to check-in at 6:45pm, I was told that due to my reservation being a King room, it would not be ready until almost 8pm! The normal check-in time is 3pm according to the booking site and website details. Upon check-in they told us that the pool and spa were open until 10pm for children and 12am for adults. We tried to go to the pool/spa at 10:30 and children were still running around, screaming at the top of their lungs.

Upon check-in they gave us an occupied room we walked in and people had all the kids stuff laying everywhere had to go back down and get a different room

Shower head fitting was broken so when you turned on the water it sprayed all over the bathroom, flooding the floor. Requested a different room and was told no, maintenance would look at it. He never came until the 2nd day I was there and asked twice about getting it fixed so we just had to deal with a wet bathroom for half our stay. On top of that they closed the pool without a warning or explanation which is the only reason we stayed there so my kids could swim. Staff was rude and difficult about both situations. Nice hotel but service ruined it for us. Last time I stay there, should have been a discount on room or some kind of accommodation.

Terrible. The bed is too hard. Very noisy that kids running in front of the door until mid-night. The wall is thin that I can hear people coughing a lot next door. The toilet paper and tissue provided are just half roll/ box and in low quality. Overall, not satisfied, worst hotel I lived in.
