Love this hotel! The staff is so friendly and accommodating...the location is prefect for when we come to visit family in Grand Rapids!

It was an ok stay, was able to check in really early to store my luggage as I rented hotel room due to a family illness. It definately needs updating. Only realized this after my overnight stay in the moring, but my window to the outside was open ------I never woudl have thougth to check this on my check in, but the scary part is, it was a 1st floor room. I will always check this whenever I am checked in on a 1st floor.

There was puke on the platform leading into the pool A big dog was sitting in frint of breakfast dining Area _which belongs to the staff,over crowded with nosiy,rude children (who live at the motel) A party was held in the parking lot,loud music played for hrs..staff was nice and trued to help to NO avail will not stay here ever again

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. My husband checked us in while I waited with the kids in the car. While unloading, the woman at the front desk was interacting with our kids and addressing me by my first name without a formal introduction. They made our 4 year old son feel extra special the day after his birthday with fun gifts just for him. The breakfast was terrific, hot, and free. We will definitely be coming back!

I Iiked everything -- the staff, cleanliness, nice carpet in our room, the sweet children enjoying time with family and hockey teams, the generous continental breakfast,the young gentleman who helped us in with our bags due to the rain, easy checkout,I would be happy to use your hotel should I ever come to Grand Ra[ids for overnight. Thank you!

Because the hotel was full, we were placed in the handicap room right next to the pool. That day, some kind of kids event happened because the hotel was LITTERED with kids. We went to the pool during the "adults only" time and there were tons of kids alone. The staff even came in but didn't do or say anything. Also the toilet had what was either rust stains or hopefully not... poop on it when we checked in... Gross.
