Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center

I booked one night with my family. We found the property and room to be very clean and comfortable.

The property was very outdated. Staff was ok. Bus load of men stayed in the hotel were fighting and pounding on hotel room doors yelling & swearing . Was very scary for me and my family who were also staying there. Cops were called it was that scary !

Hi, the front desk gentleman that checked us in was very polite and pleasant, so was the waitress at the restaurant, all very kind. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, the parking situation was not good, we had to park very far and I had 2 young kids. We were leaving early in the morning on the following day, around 5 am, it was still dark and I felt very unsafe having to walk all the way around the property in the dark with the kids to get to our car. I was told there was a dance competition that would end late at night and then the parking lot would empty, but I was not going to leave at midnight to move the car closer. Priority parking should be given to the people staying in the hotel instead of the people only there for an event.

Perfect location when our kids have soccer tournaments in the area. Close to shopping too!

The rooms re large bit outdated. The bathrooms are tiny. They should really renovate this hotel. My room’s Carpet was stained and soiled from years of neglect. The gym has potential but very outdated and poorly maintained. I told the front desk about the first fitness machine that was Inoperable… then went back to my work out and discovered two more machines broken with no sign to warn guests. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Overall it served its purpose but I will never go back there again. It felt like “Christmas/visiting family time circa 1999” with a terrible mattress and terrible gym. Lastly- they have an outdoor poor bUT IT WAS CLOSED!?!?! Only had an indoor pool which was “meh”. It’s summertime people! I would have never written this review if you had your outdoor pool open.

My husband and daughter stayed overnight while attending a family event in Framingham. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. The room and the facilities were clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Nathaniel was very helpful and friendly. He accommodated me & my family after being made aware of an unplanned trip to Massachusetts. As a federal Officer I really appreciated his professionalism and sympathy. I will be suggesting this Sheraton to friends & family members who will visit the state.

Someone entered my room which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was garbage in my room from the previous guest, kids running up and down the halls throwing ice and banging on doors up until a little after 10pm Morning staff was rude.
