Hampton Inn Boston Natick

Spacious suite. Polite staff. Plenty of parking. Near stores and restaurants-we were dropping a kid for college in Boston so convenient to be able to buy odds and ends. Easy drive into Boston.

Stephen @ Check In was great. He got things off to a good start. The room was a little run down -- one of the wall mounted soap dispensers was just stood-up in the corner of the shower and no longer attached to the wall. The fact that there is no USB plug-in on BOTH sides of the bed was disappointing. The bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. I used gym on Friday morning and noted that the seat for the Peloton moves horizontally (despite stopping my ride and tightening it). You might one to have someone check the tightening bolt or the shaft of the horizontal and/or order a new seat mounting shaft. We had coffee in the lobby on Thursday afternoon and it was dreadful.... truly dreadful. My aunt was also staying with you, and she struggled a bit on the stairs going up/down to the breakfast area. I saw a ramp outside, but that's just not practical in the winter. This isn't our first stay -- won't be our last -- as we have family in Natick. Hope these comments are helpful.

The facilities are very nice and clean. Breakfast has different options for the family. We did not find water at the station where they offer ice. The night staff was a bit rude.

Would not stay at this hotel again. My mother found two big bugs in her bed the first night. When we let the staff know, they sprayed her room, but did not offer another room for her to stay, although you could smell the bug spray. No apology, nothing. Another night, the room next to my daughter was extremely noisy (we are a big family, so we are used to noise, even at 1am, but this was a different level). When my daughter called the reception, she was told she could always call the police. That was it. When we checked in (1 hour after the official check in time), one of our rooms was not ready, and when the cleaning staff left, they left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor.

Great location for visiting Boston schools—especially Babson. Only about 15 minutes away. Breakfast was included, which is always great for a family.

Service at this hotel is outstanding. Nice breakfast. Perfect place to stay for our visit with family in the area. Lots of restaurant and shopping nearby.

I booked a stay here based on the reviews for hotels in the area. It certainly wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed at, but did not live up to expectations. The rooms were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, as were the pillows and there was no mini fridge, which amazes me in this day and age. Guest services wasn’t rude, but they weren’t overly pleasant either. Overall not a memorable stay and I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family.

Very nice stay, the location was convenient. Clean, very friendly staff, since we have family in the area, it is highly likely we will stay here again.
