Pros: Decent hotel with great breakfast. Cons: Facilities could use some updating. Our door handle broke and someone got trapped in the bedroom (thankfully an adult and not a child). Additionally, the pull out mattress is not at all comfortable long-term, but tolerable for 1 night.

Our family stayed here for one night and it was a seamless and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t like the feather pillows, but that it just my personal taste. The showers had great pressure and the plumbing all worked great. The breakfast that was included in the roommate was a typical buffet style and had something for everyone and there was free tea/coffee in the lobby. We enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub. The pool was slightly cooler than I would have liked, but it was fine since we went between the hot tub and the pool and didn’t spent a long time in one place. The hot tub was the cherry on top for me. I always try to book a place with a hot tub because I enjoy them so much and this once was working great and was nice and hot. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family had reservations for this location due to a family death and on the day of check-in received a call stating our reservations were cancelled as "they didn't have room for us". However, they were going to move us to the Canton location. Our stay was centered around Brockton. We all ended up in the Bridgewater location which was VERY accommodating to us and our needs

Overall decent stay. The room smelled a little. The queen size bed is comfy, but the kids slept on a pullout couch that was terrible. They did however enjoy the pool and hot tub. The shower was good and hot with good water pressure. The kitchen was a nice convenience, but wish I thought ahead and brought drinks and snacks, we ended up paying almost $3 for each individual bottle of water or a bag of chips in their concession stand. Free breakfast was decent enough, good selection. Staff at breakfast service were somewhat cranky, but I guess it's understandable since there were so many guests pushing to get free breakfast as I they hadn't eaten in days.

Kitchen staff 10/10 Grace helped my family everyday! She was very accommodating with the guest when they would arrive for breakfast. I highly recommend her and the kitchen staff! She's very welcoming and pleasant.

The front desk staff there was very rude and unfriendly to us, especially to our kids. Seriously, you're in the hospitality business and you can't even say "Hi" or "Hello" to greet your guests (never mind being a bit cheerful on New Year Day)? She yelled at my boy twice when he was trying to turn on the TV in the lobby. I've been to the RMV a couple of times and the staff there were much nicer than she was. In the past, we had always had a great experience staying at Marriott but this time the front desk staff really made it unpleasant. So bad that we didn't even want to walk by the front desk to avoid her unfriendly face.
