Holiday Inn Express And Suites Boston South - Randolph, an IHG Hotel

the hotel was loaded with underage kids running around front desk even talked to them in front of us as we checked in, they were all hanging around cars in parking lot doing God knows what let's just say we checked in and about 30 minutes later we left it was unsafe!!! we had stayed after a concert to avoid driving so late but after what we observed no thank you! we took the ride and wasted our money!

Great room and close to restaurants and a movie theater (walking distance). The owner does come in and make everyone leave the pool so their family can swim alone, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was great.

This was the worst stay I have experienced. The room I paid for was not the room I got. The service provided was not good at all. I complained to the front desk who referred me to email the general manager which he never responded. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out which they did not have any available for my wife and 3 kids. Then I was contacted by an unknown person wanting my credit card which post up signs all over the hotel stated not to give credit card info. On Saturday night we were working up by a fire alarm at 11 pm and stayed outside for over an hour due to someone putting in popcorn in a microwave for over 25 minutes and the hotel filling up with smoke. I am still demanding to speak with someone but have had no responses. This is completely u acceptable. If I receive no response I will go to social media and any other outlet including hotels.com to express how my experience with this entire trip

Very comfortable beds. Convenience to family.

Staff very courteous and professional. Rooms clean and quiet. Our room was across from the pool which was active and we couldn’t hear anyone there. We would recommend this place to family and friends.

The room was very nice,clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel for convenience to a family event. I was disappointed regarding the cost. The rate was higher for the night we needed to stay. It was nearly double the cost of another night. Ridiculous!!!!

Pool was freezing. The air inside the room with the pool was also freezing. Disappointed that the kids couldn’t swim!

The location of the hotel was good and close to family. However there is not too much else in the area. Restaurants nearby are good. Although this property seems to be fairly new the condition of the property has not been maintained very well. The door to our room needed to be repaired before it would close properly. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. Breakfast provided was very good.

Great space for our family. Warm in elevators and hallways during a humid weekend in BOS. Room doors are very heavy and loud.
