Hampton Inn & Suites Foxborough/Mansfield

We had a great experience. We scheduled a late check-in and came after a local concert. By the time we made it to the hotel it was after 2am, the desk host was amazing and asked if we needed anything Xtra. I was able to check in, fold out the comfortable sleeper sofa and by 2:45 three of my family were fast asleep. We had a delightful fresh breakfast and was back on the road by 9am.

Paper thin walls. We could hear every little noise but tgat is not on the hotel but more on the guests. Domestic incident in the room next to us and the kids running like a herd of elephants above us forced us to leave and we had to drive overnight 12 hours with no sleep. The on duty desk attendant was apologetic and offered us a room on the first floor but it was loud there as people were drinking and telling in the cafeteria. I dont feel as we should have changed a room when we were not the problem. We lost out on a couple of hundred bucks for the night we didnt stay. I felt like we were staying in the frat house in Animal House on toga night. I expected more from this hotel. Bed was comfortable, gym and pool were nice as well as the staff but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Husband and I took personal days off of work to spend a night with our three kids at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. Drove from Boston to Mansfield , checked in , got settled into room and changed into out swimming gear. We make our way down all for hotel guests to inform us that the pool wasn’t open due to maintenance. Told front desk and they said water was market due to having a busy weekend. I asked for credit , which they couldn’t credit us since we booked through hotels.com. I informed them this was a waste of a trip and they agreed , which was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool . We stayed there and just watched tv.. could have done that at home and save $223. Very disappointed.

Mach at front desk was awesome!!! He was great to the children traveling with us and had the answers to the questions we had.

Very accommodating for a family with young children.

About 15 minutes from Gillette. Great, one night stay. We had the studio room and it was spacious and cozy for our family. Would stay again!

Pool was open and clean , friendly staff , full buffet breaks fast with eggs bacon waffles ext great for kids. A lot of stores around and short distance from area.
