Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brockton (Boston), MA

This property was very clean! This may not be the most modern hotel, but you can be confident in staying in a very clean hotel room, and facilities. Breakfast was great, pool is clean and great for kids. It also closes at midnight so you can have fun even late! The staff is also very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easy check in. Great for quick stay or overnight . Large room with king bed great for families that may need extra space . Bathroom could use a little works but otherwise fine

We stay here every Thanksgiving. It is near our kids and is clean and convenient. The staff is always helpful. The breakfast is fine as is the workout room. We also use the pool and hot tub. We plan to stay here next Thanksgiving.

This was a 3 night stay for our family as we had a sporting event nearby. The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Some items are a bit run down, and the breakfast could use a bit more fruit options, based on other hotels that offer the same "free breakfast". But for us, the location was convenient and safe, free parking, clean bedding and towels, and a pool for the kids. Overall a good stay.

Staff was very helpful. We had a great suite with lots of room. And the breakfast included was great. We would go back with our kids.

Very sketchy people walking in and out of pool with girls. Brought our young family and the crowd coming and going wasn’t what we expected. Staff was fantastic and the pool/hot tub was enjoyed!

Friendly, and welcoming. Only wish is that they had shampoo, conditioner, vody was in shower like most hotels have switched to. The litle ones dont last for a family of 5 and we hate asking for more.

It was horrible! From complaining about towels because I told the front desk my son threw up I needed towels I was told I had to wait later because house keeping had just arrived! After I got on the phone with customer service that’s when the front desk worker walks to the back and gets me towels! The manager Laura is very racist and rude! She kept saying racist things like you people and she was going to make sure she ruined my day!! Only because my family and I was in the pool area, she calls me and says you can only have the 5 people you paid for in the pool. I tell her I’m sorry but my mom and dad sister isn’t in the pool they are just sitting down watch my son! She tells me okay well they can’t do that. I tell her okay but I can have them in my room? She says yes that’s fine but they need to leave the pool area now. I tell her okay I will have them due so.. but she never got back to me about the complaint I made earlier with the towels! That’s when she says “you know what you can go ahead and check out” I said wait what? Why? All I’m asking is the update about my complaint.. she tells me “I already know my staff told me what happen and honestly I will always believe my staff” I have plenty of videos I took to prove to you how horrible it was! Then this manager Laura calls the police on us.. when the police arrives they tell her she needs to calm down and she had no right checking me out and treating me the way she did! She then brings up the police supervisors

this hotel was the best stay so far, we we're too tired from driving 12 hrs and came 2 hrs early but they let us check in, room was great, my kids loved the cookies all day and bteakfast was amazing, hit the spot every morning and coffee all day all night, yes i would recommend this hotel

Convenient location and affordable after a game at Fenway Park. Room was good for a short stay with 4 adults. Air conditioning worked well. Hotel needs some updating. Breakfast was typical continental options. Good restaurant options close by. Not an area I would rate high for family safety.
