Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Bridgewater

Incredibly beautiful hotel. The only minimal complaints the family had were the size of the pool(very small) and the shower curtain was so long you could trip in the shower. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

This property served my family very well. We rented two rooms for our large family and the accommodations were perfect.

It’s was all pretty nice, only issues was I was at the pool area w my children and on a table there was white substance and a room card next to that looked a lot like drugs I reported it to the lady at the desk . But there should have been more done things like if it was drugs and my kids would have touched it . It could have been deadly not happy about that . Wish a manager would have gt back to me but overall was a beautiful stay .

I love this property that’s why I always go there with my kids. The staffs are very nice & very professional. My kids love it there & so I do. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it’s always a good vibe when I go there. I always send family members and friends to go there & they always tell me they love it there. Beautiful property over looking a lake. Breakfast is decent but can’t complain since it’s complimentary. A lot of noises and running around and banging during our stay and that’s due to kids not being raised with proper etiquette. But overall nice stay

Travelled with a family of five. Got one room with two Queen beds and an oversized couch pull out bed. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of options. Gym was nice too. My sons played basketball on the outdoor court. The staff were very pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well cared for. And the price was awesome!!! Will definitely look for a residence Inn on future vacations.

By far one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We're a traveling family of 4 and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great gym, clean facilities, awesome breakfast and the staff were so welcoming and polite. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Our stay was fantastic. We chose a bigger room with two Queen sized beds, along with a fold-out bed/couch to accommodate our family of four. There was a countertop two burner stove, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room was spacious, AC was set to 67 degrees the entire time, black-out curtains, and a dressing/vanity area. Breakfast was good for a quick on-the-go meal, coffee hit the spot. All of the staff were courteous and accommodating. We had the option of using the coin-operated washer/dryer and although we didn't have the need, it was nice to know it was available. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with the quality/money and highly recommend this location. We'll definitely book again should the need arise.

Unfortunately, I accidentally forgot that I booked this hotel, I was experiencing a crazy day from my son getting married and my sister having a stroke. As a single mother who is not working, I only had $500 in my account for food and necessities, once I noticed the charge on my account for no show for your hotel, I panicked and could not believe that I booked this with my credit card. I reached out by phone and email to plead to Robyn Kline the Manager, she said sorry no refund because they did not resell the room they were holding for me for $350 a night; therefore, the hotel took my money because I doubt that they were sold out for 7/7/22, so she could’ve found it in her hurt to refund me. As a result, I will never book or stay at this hotel and I will tell everyone not to go here, because they do not care about people well being in this Covid-19 era where money is scarce for poor families like me.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool while others enjoyed the basketball hoops.
