Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mansfield

Professional and kind front desk, clean rooms, inviting atmosphere, good food, very comfortable beds! We took a last minute family trip and were conveniently only 30 minutes from a large mall in Rhode Island. There are also TONS of options to order food from when staying at this hotel.

Overall our stay was great! The front desk staff was very kind and quick with questions and requests. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had mlre than I expected. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating across the board is because we sat at the bar/restaraunt area for at least 15 minutes and never saw a staff member. The family there had been waiting for there food over an hour and after never seeing a staff member for so long we decided to go elsewhere. It wasn't a big deal for our group as we were just trying to get one drink, but for those planning to utilize the restaurant during their visit it could have been a problem. The only other thing was that the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. Overall the stay was great!

Perfect stay. We were there to escape fireworks in our area for July 4th with kids. Front desk was friendly and helpful, let us check in early since they had the availability. Looks like a new hotel. Room was super clean and nicely decorated. Pool was nice and well stocked with towels. Area has lots of great food options too. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend.

Great stay. The room was very spacious for our family of 5 and the beds were comfortable. We used the pool which was great.

I have to say upon arrival the hotel looks nice the room looked beautiful the beds were comfortable. We checked in later in the evening as we had just come from a family reunion down the street. We had the room booked for 6 people including 4 adults two children. Imediatly we noticed that there was no bedding for the pull out couch. Knowing there are 6 people the room should have been ready. We sent my oldest daughter down for blankets which they gave her 3 sheets ... Then upon entering the bathroom to take a shower my mother in law skunn the top of her big toe off under the gap in the bathroom door. There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. Only enough towels for 2. When my husband lifted the seat to pee there was dried human feces with pubic hair in it. I used the ice bucket bag to protect my hand and clean it with toilet paper which did nothing because it was completely dried on. I then cleaned and sanitized it with the 1 purrel wipe that was in the bathroom. There was no hand soap or lotion nothing of that nature. I have to reach into the shower to get body wash to clean my hands. The hotel is nice and the rooms are beautiful but the cleaning crew dropped a series ball on this hotel. I am completely discusted and will not be staying here again.
