Is good option for family and business trip

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was minimal and incredibly expensive for that was offered. Pool was closed and was not told to us before. Booked with kiddos in mind and no where did it explain that it was under construction.

I stay here frequently when visiting family. Convenient, clean, friendly. Breakfast would be a plus, or at least fresh coffee in the lobby

Great place to stay. Would defiantly go back. My kids where bummed that the pool was not open due to it being repaired, but that didn't ruin our stay.

Because they were in the midst of renovations, the entire building (including our room) reeked of toxic fumes from the building materials. My children and I had to leave early meaning a 2.5 hour drive home at 2 am. And they only issued a $50 refund. Not happy with the experience.

The hotel was nice, updated, and pleasing to be in. I just wish I had known that the pool was under maintenance…especially having two kids who were quite disappointed when we tried to go use the pool area.

First we were given wrong directions to our room so we unloaded the car thinking we were going to our room when in all reality it was on the other side of the building!We were put in a room next to a family of 4 that looked to be living there. They were in the parking lot right outside our window screaming riding bikes and throwing footballs near our car and other customers cars! We called the front desk twice and final was given a solution we wanted to leave and get a refund seeing how the night was ruined and the whole mood for the weekend was ruined but all we were offered was to move rooms at midnight we were refused a refund!! So we had to pack everything back up and move to the other side of the property. The cleaning staff was nice but the grounds were nasty there was dog crap all over the sidewalk near our entrance! It was a horrible experience all we wanted to do was leave and get our money back! And after all that we asked to check out at noon instead of 11 and they tried to charge us so we just left at 11. If a property is a place we’re people rent stay monthly it should be in the description. Very disappointed and would like compensation we use this sight a lot!!!!

Great location for our visit with family! Dislikes were the shampoo conditioner in the showers it was like Hand sanitizer and not offered hand soap at the sinks for after restroom use
