Great location to visit family. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

They staff was nice. The stay was horrible, the whole weekend there were tons of kids staying there. They were running up and down the hallways at night for hours. The parents sat in the lobby drinking the whole time and didn’t care what the kids were doing. The kids were even very disrespectful to the staff that was working. And I guess the GM of the building didn’t care because the staff called him after they got several of complaints about the kids. and nothing was done about it.

With some women's shelters being full, two moms and 3 young kids really enjoyed the pool, affordable, bed and breakfast service. Also our favorite was ability to safely have courtesy later check out. Keep up the great work.

The staff was very friendly but that’s pretty much where it stops. The room was pretty clean. We didn’t have enough towels or washcloths. And we had a 2 double bed room. The pool was closed due to a health code violation. And we were not made aware of those before we staying or we would have picked a different hotel. I had 2 children who were Looking forward to swimming. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. The only thing soft about the bed was the pillows. Also the beds are pretty itchy. I would not stay here again

Had a one night stay in Columbia at this hotel for a kid's soccer tournament. The room's level of finish, amenities, and cleanliness were... fine. Certainty not exceptional, but not terrible either. The TV worked perfectly, as did the shower, hair dryer and room temperature control. However, the pool was closed, the wi-fi was down during our entire stay (with no advance notice or "heads up" during check-in), the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the room did not have a pen or note pad. In my limited interaction with the staff, I found them to be courteous. All in all, I would give our experience a C+. If we come back to Columbia again, I would likely seek other accommodations.

The hotel itself was nice and staff was very friendly. But I had multiple issues. First, we picked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. My two oldest kids were attending a concert and I needed something to do with my two year old. As soon as we check in, we are told that the pool is closed due to repairs. Very disappointing. We picked a room that was supposed to have a king size bed and a pullout couch for my son. Two adults and a toddler to be in the king size bed. The bed was not a king, it was a queen. We were only given one key because there was a shortage of keys- we needed two because my older kids needed to be able to get back in the room after the concert. As a result, my toddler and I were stuck in our room from 6:30 on after they left. Room was only stocked with decaf coffee, although they did have a coffee bar downstairs. It just would have been nice not to have to go get coffee in the morning. Lastly- the trash at the coffee bar was absolutely overflowing. This stay was definitely not worth the price we paid.

Not family friendly, dirty sofas, no extra blankets, dusty rooms

Advertised they had an open pool and the pool is not open due to Covid. Only booked the hotel for this reason so the kids had something to do while we were in the area in our down time. Hotel is outdated.
