The room was spacious and it had 2 queen beds along with a sofa which was perfect for us. It also had free breakfast, and an indoor pool, which the kids loved. Everything here was perfect for us, thank you.

It was a family vacation and this hotel was clean, had two queen size beds and it was so quiet. We loved the suite with its separate living room as well. It was closed to a mall and restaurants. The pool inside was an added plus!

Using your bathroom was just a horrible experience, I have never seen a toilet so low, it was fit for a child and not an adult

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights, and it was nice. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. The staff was very polite and right away, accommodated us into a new room. The room was very spacious, with 2 TV's which made it easier to let the kids watch their own shows. The breakfast was great. The pool was great entertainment for the kids. We most likely would stay here again.

There aren't a lot of restaurants near the hotel property; breakfast was included, but the Sunday morning I was there, a group of kids were huddled around the bar area where the food was, eating, instead of sitting at tables, and there was no food being put out for guests.

I booked this hotel based on the 8.2/10 rating which is very untrue. No room service unless you ask. We entered the room and it smelled very bad. My children and myself were itching all night and being bit from filthy sheets and beds. I would never recommend this to anyone. Please read the reviews before looking at the ratings because it seems fake.

The hotel looked nice from outside. The reception was as well but my room smelled of tabako, there was a visible big stain on the sitting room sofa. The sink was clogged but we fixed it. At breakfast someone spilled the milk on the floor and the cupboards. I have young children and could've slipped and hurt themselves. When I mentioned it to the worker present i was told to take a napkin to clean it. The worst part was the cockroaches in my room. I found 3 and I took pictures as proof. I am still traumatized and keep checking my house, afraid that i may brought it home. When mentioned all of the above to the manager she ignored me. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, comfortable room. 2 tvs, came in handy with kids. Comfortable, roomy, clean beds. Wonderful, full, hot American breakfast! Good value!
