La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbia / Fort Meade

Upon arrival they didnt have the rooms that i booked for. They didnt supply enough towels and wash clothes for my family and I after booking for a larger # of people, reason of having 2 rooms. Very small and cleanimg wasnt done very well. There was still pubes in the shower and stuff under the bed. The 2nd room had no iron board and no real amenities in this hotel. Me and my family wont return.

Spent 2 nights with my family and received great services from the staffs.

Excellent stay! The rooms were spotless and the hotel smelled clean with a cleanly appearance. Breakfast was great for a family of 6. Staff was pleasant, helpful and cheerful (even at 2am!). Location is set back from the road, which helps with safety and anxiety. Would definitely recommend to families who travel for cheap!

The hotel was decent overall. Our family had booked a 6 sleeper. However, it was only a 4 sleeper because everything else was booked so that was the only minor issue. We enjoyed our stay aside from that.

I liked that staff were friendly but it was highly inconvenient that the elevator was not working; they put all of us Phish kids on the fourth floor. My friend is handicapped.and we really needed the elevator.

Driving in at 11pm was scary. This hotel is in a back road hidden in trees. The parking situation is horrible. Many people had to irk in the street. Host was friendly, dining area was clean, room was fine. BUT—— the elevator was out of order our entire stay!!!! We had to lug 4 heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs and back down. I had to climb 3 flights of stairs up and down our entire stay after recovering from knee surgery. This was a MAJOR inconvenience to me and my family!!!!! Additionally, the hardware in the shower was loose, there was no lighting in the shower, the toilet was dripping water on the ground and there were no bath towels in the room!! So we had to go back down 3 floors and get towels! I understand that things happen but after driving for 2 days, this was not the accommodation we hoped for, nor what we payed for.

My family could not sleep from the nauseating smell of marijuana any time the air conditioning came on. Hotel Was located down a dark road, felt sketchy.

The bedding was dirty. The toliet flooded. The second room they put us in was infested by bugs. Our door looked like someone tried to break in. I felt unsafe with my children.
