The area seemed very safe and the property was beautiful. The staff member that checked us in was super friendly. My only complaint would be the pool area was very dirty looking. There was poop on the floor and it was full of rowdy rude kids. Not the hotels fault but still. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

It was my first time staying and it was the easiest check-in experience with no lines. I stayed on the first floor which was ok because I could get to may car fast. The property was clean. Kind of busy with children playing but as soon as quiet time hit, they calmed down. The bathroom was very clean from the fixtures to the perfect caulking and tub surface. The towels and bedding was white. I did not see any stains. Refrigerator was big enough for two champagne bottles and more. Water pressure was good and I love the option to stream netflix. The cute sofa was comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice space to put my clothes and enough hangers to hang them. Iron worked and the desk rolled out which was a cool feature because I had to work. Free wifi always does the trick and it was easy to access it. People seem to really enjoy the indoor pool feature. The breakfast store rep was very kind. The location is close to wegmans, starbucks, dispensary and other stores. It was cozy and comfortable. I appreciated my stay.

it’s a very clean and quiet hotel. very quiet area, alone to many stores, and food places. so it makes it even more convenient. i don’t agree with the $5 a night parking fee, they have plenty of parking and it’s not a congested area. the room is clean, i wish there was a microwave inside the room not down the hall by the vending machine. for the price and the area it’s in this is a very good hotel, and all other guests are quiet and respectful. the staff is informative and nice. i really enjoyed my stay with my fiance and our 3 year old. our child enjoyed the pool as we did too. they open it early and close it late, it’s kept warm in the pool area and they keep the water really warm as well.

Upon arriving, there were issues as it was not stated very clearly that a security deposit is required even after the room was already paid for in full. It was made clear on Hotels.com that there was a parking fee as well. The staff incorrectly wrote the wrong room # on our keycard holder folder and so it tooks several attempts to get into the right room. Over the course of the stay, we found several stink bugs and a fly in the room, not near any food as we minimized food in the room and we didn't open any exterior doors that could have let them in. We only stayed for 2 nights and the second night, the fire alarm went off. We evacuated as quickly as we could with 2 sleeping children only to be told randomly by another guest that we could enter back in. No staff interacted with us to let us know what was going on. The fire alarm/lights in our room continued to flash for over an hour after we returned to our room which disturbed the sleep of our family even further and no explanation was given in the morning when we checked out. I would not stay at this location again even if it were complimentary. The hotel services overall were substandard for the price that was paid.

Checkin was horrific and so loud. There was a game on a Saturday night and you couldn’t here yourself think, long lines, and I’m not sure when there had to be an incidentals hold on a room that was PREPAID but who knows. Paying for parking and then the keys didn’t work for the door was too much. The bed and room was comfortable although my family’s stay was less than 12 hours.

I called 2 times to the front desk about kids running in the hallway. This went on from 1030pm to 3am. My kids couldn't sleep. That's unacceptable. The bed broke my back. Hardest bed i ever slept in. Front desk was nice. Breakfast is NOT FREE even tho front desk told us it was. This was a horrible experience and if I could I would get my money back. Never staying here again. I would give this 0 stars if I can. We should've went to the residence inn and paid the extra 20. Lesson learned

Clean secluded property near alot of family entertainment id recommend this property to anyone great staff as well

Traveled with children and they loved it. Loved the many dining options near by. The pool was good but had to share pool with a swimming school. The swimming school accommodated us by putting a swing rope down at that we had half of the pool. Loved the room (had a double queen suite), but it should've came with a balcony (very minor). Beds were comfy. Liked that the room had a big mini fridge and microwave. Didn't like that ice machines were out of order and that you had to pay for breakfast.

Hotel was staffed by one (new) employee during check in. He was trying to be as accommodating as he could for one person that was doing multi jobs. (Housekeeping. Front desk., maintenance) pool was supposed to close at 11pm. However there was a family with multiple children still in it at 1am (or later) its summer thats fine..but it was the screaming they where allowed to do during this time, even with calls to the front desk, nothing was done about it. Booked for a relaxing night away from home and didnt get it.

Staying there with my kid to go see a concert. It was clean and comfortable. The carpets in the hallways could be cleaner. But over all enjoyed my stay
