Best location in Old Port! You’re right in the heart of everything, easy walk anywhere! Great breakfast buffet makes it easy for the family to start the mornings. Valet full stay, get the car whenever you need it. Staff is super friendly, highly recommend!! Kids loved the little pool!!

It was such a fantastic location right in downtown Portland, close to restaurants, shops, and the water. Breakfast was included, which was great savings for our family of five and it was delicious. The parking situation was tricky, but we figured it out. Seems valet is the best option.

Sliding door on the bathroom is some first year architects dream child. Didn't close all the way. Room was missing half of the amenities after it was cleaned. Done with Hyatt 's.

The Hyatt Old Port was in a great location. The rooms were decent enough and slept 4 of us well. We requested connecting rooms which was granted via the hotel manager over Hotels.com. The breakfast in the am had enough options for the kids and nice hot coffee, not outstanding food…but the kids were happy! I did not pay extra for a view so we had a room looking out at the street/another building. The pool was maintained well and again, not huge but the kids enjoyed it when we went. The people were friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a great time in Portland!

Check in was quick and easy and location was perfect next to wharf. We are family of 4 and room was large and comfortable.

The staff was friendly and easygoing, which made it fun from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful with big floor-to-ceiling windows! The area is great for shopping in independent stores with great restaurants and very walkable, close to the water--nice even in winter. The only disappointing thing was the pool, which is tiny, only good for really little kids. I think they should make it into a hot tub. Very good free breakfast as well!

We were put in a handicap accessible one bedroom that seemed kind of rundown. There were leftover towels/washcloths from the previous people staying there in the bathroom. We went down to the pool and there was already one family in there, so they really wasn't room for us to go in. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

I hated that there are no usb outlets in the room, and no microwave. The bed was very uncomfortable. Now have a sore back on vacation. My husband hated the powdered eggs and terrible coffee. Also, we tried to enjoy the pool and had 2 kids diving even with signs saying not to.
