Great place to stay. Spacious rooms that are fully equipped. Friendly staff. Hotel is a few blocks away from restaurants and night life. Wish there was a swimming pool for little ones. Will definitely return to this property next time in the Nola.

Traveling with family including a teenage daughter. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The Streetcar Cafe right beside the hotel was very convenient and good. The hotel room service was also very convenient and good with a good variety.

Staff was not nice or professional and the room was excessively noisy due to the elevator. When we told the front desk we were told to use earplugs. We will never stay at your chain ever again and we will make sure we tell all our family and friends and their family and friends to do the same.

I had written and gotten confirmation that we would have adjoing rooms for our stay three different times and each time the hotel confirmed. Upon arriving after driving 11 hours to get there, I was told that they didn’t have adjoining rooms. The front desk person then kept saying over and over it wasn’t there fault and I asked who’s it was since I confirmed 3 times. She then acted like she did us a favor by getting two rooms on the same floor. She then promised to call and tell us the next morning at 7 am to confirm we would have them for the remainder of the stay. She also said management would be contacting me for compensation due to the mix up, which never happened. She callled at 10 am and told us we had to take all of our stuff from one room and put it in the other and then they would clean the adjoining room and it would be ready soon after. We moved all our stuff into one room and then proceeded to wait until 4 pm when I went down to the front desk to see when. Then we were finally given keys. The whole ordeal was ridiculous and I was never talked to by management nor given anything for completely botching the start of the trip. My wife and I were traveling with two kids under 9 years old. The complete lack of accountability and how the handled the situation was unprofessional and put a lot of stress on us which was suppose to be a spring break trip.

We stayed here for three nights with family for our trip to New Orleans. This hotel was perfect for us! The Central Business District is a little quieter than the French Quarter but everything is still within walking distance - there’s also a street car stop across the street. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby too. As for the property itself it is newer and very clean, quiet, comfortable beds I think it’s great for families. The staff was also wonderful and very helpful. I see some reviews complaining about the lack of a free breakfast but common…you’re in NoLa the food is the point of the city! Lots of great breakfast cafes right next door. Would stay here again

Property is in the heart of the action in New Orleans as it is a couple of blocks from Bourbon Street. That said, parents with young children need to be aware that going out in the evening they will encounter prostitutes along Canal Street and the surrounding area. Restaurants are everywhere in the French Quarter, but grocery stores are minimal. Delivery is available for those not wanting to make the hike. I and my 17 year old twins arrived early for our stay and our room wasn’t ready. It still wasn’t ready after waiting 4 hours. Despite my reserving a room that specifically said that it had a tub, staff insisted that the room I reserved was for a roll in shower. None of us were in a wheelchair. Once they switched me to a standard room with a tub (I needed the tub due to back problems) everything went well. Rooms were clean and included an apartment sized refrigerator, small dishwasher, microwave and kitchen sink. However, this property does not provide breakfast or reception in the evening. This is the only residence inn of the dozens I have stayed in that doesn’t provide these amenities.

The room in itself was beautiful minus looking at a brick wall because only 1 elevator was working. I had constant problems, such as the water in the vending machine exploded. There was a 20 year old college kid outside a room naked. There was puke in the stairs and in front of the hotel, which took over 24 hours to clean up. And I highly doubt the hand rails in the stairs were disinfected when I saw college kids spitting and puking. My coffee maker was busted. The bed I couldn't sleep on and gave me pain, so I was constantly asking for blankets to lay on. There is no breakfast offered at the hotel , and their welcome app stated breakfast was offered. I voiced all of my concerns to the hotel manager, and he couldn't do anything because I booked on expedia.com and expedia.com. I also wouldn't do anything

Awesome family overnight trip to the Saints game. The hotel is centrally located between the stadium and the French quarter. Check in was smooth, valet was easy to use, room was clean. Everything was great.
