I reserved two rooms for my family. The carpet of the all room was not cleaned properly with dust. All power outlet and reading lights at bed frame were not working at all. Also light at bed side in my room was not working. The worst was their water boiling system. Hot water did not come out at all. Just below warm was the max temperature. Also I found footprint on the bed sheet which means they did not change it after previous guest. I don’t have any comparison with other hotels in New Orleans but this was not acceptable at all in common sense based on thousand of my previous travels in other hotels located other cities. It was a big disappointment which makes me not to trust Expedia’s review rate. It was such a unpleasant experience.

The most friendly hotel staff I have ever been around. Vanessa at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond on a our request. John, at the breakfast bar was extremely helpful and friendly. It was like having family in town offering great advice. Will stay there again and again...
