First, the hotel is under construction. There is no staff on site for check-in. You need to walk a block away to their "sister" hotel for anything. The room was sparse but okay. However, neither the phone nor the TV worked. I couldn't even use it to call the lobby. I was woken up at 2AM by loud banging in the hallway on my only night there. The worst part of the experience was how they treated me when I had to check out early due to a family emergency. I was supposed to be there five nights, but had to leave after the first. I wasn't expecting a refund for all the nights, I assumed they would charge an extra night or maybe two. Nope. They refused to refund any of my money. Very disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great experience. I didn’t want to leave while staying in the room. Came for the holiday to visit family, but I made my family mad because I disappeared in my hotel room. Lol. Close to everything but far enough from the chaos that canal street can bring. I only hoped it had a smart tv!
