Well expedia says online that they have a rollaway bed which was why i booked with them but turns out they dont. 2 adults and 3 small kids. Kinda needed it.

Me and my family drove 9 hours and paid for valet parking. It was time for the event and we requested our vehicle at 7pm and an hour later after missing the event the staff let us know that they had our vehicle at another hotel. My sister was being celebrated for her graduating. I had to uber my other family members.There was no apology. I spoke with the manager the next day and he asked me to write me information down and still has yet to call me. He didnt seem concerned at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel was right in the heart of the city which I loved, in walking distance of a lot. Everyone was friendly my favorite was the bar tender Debbie she made me feel so comfortable and at home. My family and I where there 4 days, our room didn't get cleaned once, we had to ask for toilet paper and more towels. The Main thing that highly upset me was the parking, NO where on the hotels website does it say anything about parking/price which it definitely should other than that it's a great place to stay

Arrived at 11pm. Keycard won't work on the 1st assigned room. Was told it was the door and not the keycard. We were transferred to a different room a few floors up. Same problem, key card not working. By this time, we are really tired, going up and down. Sent my son to plead since other child already crying and wanted to rest just like all of us. Someone came to assist. Was told the card will work from then on. Too tired to complain. Breakfast was a hassle since we can't all go because card wont work. The room is also dirty, carpets too dirty. Bathtub has rust and some pink slime on the edge. Fridge and AC not working. It's almost midnight now, so too tired to complain change room etc... we alway use La quinta and always have a pleasant stay. This one isn't one of those. Sad.

The hotel was clean and nice. Great area. The breakfast wasn't bad but didn't have many options. The wifi was horrible. It didn't work in our room and being from a different country, we rely on wifi to look up info about the city, connect with family back home, etc...

This was the WORST La Quinta I've ever stayed at. After driving 10 hours with 2 little ones we wanted a decent hotel for the night and this hotel wasn't even decent. I asked for valet and even though a sign outside said valet available for $39 it apparently wasn't available for that night so we had to make the block and park in a parking garage. We had a double bed room booked for 4 guest and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. We went to use the phone to call the front desk for more since we were on the 10th floor and the phone didn't work! The room smelled musty, the bathroom wasn't clean, the pillows were hard as rocks. It was a horrible horrible stay and I will be leaving a review for this property on every site possible to warn people.

I was very pleased with hotel. Parking right beside hotel. I felt my car was safe. As I felt safe going to my car. The staff at the parking garage was very helpful. I can't state that enough! The staff in the hotel made us feel like family in the midst of a very busy time. Thank you so much for making us ladies feel safe and comfortable.

Stayed with kids. Convenient to everything. Utilized valet parking. No long wait for car despite being busy. Overall good. Breakfast could be enhanced a bit more
