My television did not work. Called maintenance and front desk, nobody came to fix it. I had two small children with no entertainment while on the property

My family and I were traveling with another family. The hotel isn't family friendly. The standard room was extremely small and narrow. The beds were not comfortable, they had to have been full size instead of queens. There was a strand of hair on my pillow. The lighting in the room was horrible so many switches that turned on/off nothing. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. The lighting in the hallways and even when you entered the hotel were dim and uninviting. In my opinion this was not a hotel for a family.
