The hotel was super clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable. I really enjoyed the amenities and the robes in the room were a nice addition! We traveled with kids and they appreciated the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!

Pros:
-Location is perfect, just a short walk to the French Quarter but far away enough from the buzz.
-The indoor pool is a huge bonus for families with children. There’s lots of space to swim and a hot tub, although the latter was out of order.
-Super close to the Creole Queen paddleboat and walking distance to the WWII Museum (don’t skip it!).
-Very spacious room, beautiful common areas such as lobby/lounge area, hallways, plenty of elevators. They smell really good as well!
-There’s a small convenience kiosk at the lobby that sells water, milk, candy etc.
Cons:
-There is a functioning mini fridge in the room but it’s locked and cannot be used, unless for medical purposes.
-The pool is NOT heated, although the water wasn’t extremely cold.
-There’s only valet parking in the hotel and it’s very expensive. There’s a public parking next to the hotel and it’s a bit less expensive.
-Room service only goes ‘til 10pm
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

Went down for a quick family vacation. Was greater promptly by staff on arrival. Check is was quick and easy. They made sure to text us several times during the weekend to help make sure we didn’t need anything and that our stay was great. When customer seems to be falling short everywhere you go, Lowe’s is setting the standard.

It was not a good stay people next door had a crying baby so sleeping was hard. No complementary breakfast or anything for the price. Bathroom had bugs crawling around. Not pleased for the price. No guide information for restaurants and stores, transportation. Disappointed.

The staff including the valet guy were rude to myself and my children the entire stay and then they charged my card for things I didn’t even pay for after I left . They will literally ruin your trip don’t book here

The hotel was very convenient and clean. However, I wasn’t able to enjoy the indoor pool and sauna because there was 20 kids that where not staying at the hotel but were some how able to sneak up to the pool. They were loud, dancing around the pool, dancing in the sauna, and throwing drinks in the pool. We called the hotel while we where down there and the staff that came to check it out said nothing to them and left so we decided to leave. On our way out the kids where putting on ski masks and trying to sneak down the elevator with us and we were cursed out because we said no and let the elevator close. We got to our room and called the front desk and a manager went to handle the situation and called our room back at 9:50pm to tell us that he had no idea that was going on and the pool is now clear but it was about to close at 10pm.

The customer service at check in could have been better the two people at the desk didn't welcome me they didn't even thank me for my business.I will not recommend my family or friends. The cleaning lady was really nice and the bellman at the front door was nice he even provided me with an umbrella as it was raining Saturday before I checked out. The room didn't have a fridge or microwave that was kind of disappointing but other than that the hotel was nice and clean and quiet.

Great staff. Nicely located. Near to WWII Museum. Very convenient to Green line, for the Oak Street, Magazine Street areas…etc. “Close enough”to the Quarter. Welcoming and laid back class in abundance. Professional but down to earth people working in the hotel. Very accommodating and not put out by requests for help or convenience. The hotel’s main assets for sure.
Comfortable room for family of 4 with a tub and and a shower, and great views. For a Gen Xer the slightly 90’s room accoutrements were A OK. ;)
Great restaurant and bar, very good breakfast buffet, and a nice ambience on the main floor. Would stay here again. Very Cool City if you focus on all the wards and their triumphs and debacles in past and recent history…and both the “French” and “American” sides of town and their associated palettes of ethnic influence. I love how people who are from Louisiana are proud and know about their history. Cognizant of the plus and minus. And who persevere in my estimation with verve.

The manager Eric was great. He met us at the door, and welcomed us. He gave us a doggie bag for our pet, and made sure we were taken care of. We felt that this hotel was really pet friendly, and family oriented.
