Check-out was a fiasco with the Valet Service! With a hotel full of Volleyball families and players. They had 3 people in Valet on Sunday morning when everyone was leaving for their last day of play and checking out. Very poor planning! (There were 8 when we checked in) We were there 2 days before the tournament players and families arrived) It took over an hour to receive our car. We were there for Volleyball tournaments and missed the first match due to the Valet Service. Front desk person stated, " I am so sorry this is a 3rd party service."

Tub stayed clogged the entire stay. $5 for bottled water, well at least that’s what I was charged. Another family member was charged $3.50, so they’re obviously creating their own prices.

We had a great time at the double tree Hilton. The rooms were great. We wish there was more monitoring at the pool side. We had a child with us and there constantly someone using weed by the pool. Things at night were getting a little rowdy and confrontational among some guests. Would be nice if someone was monitoring the rules or keeping the peace.

I was not happy from the moment we got there. Their Valet was full. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to come tell us that, we had to park 2 blocks away. In downtown New Orleans, I was not happy to have to park 2 blocks away with small children. We requested a cancellation and refund. We were told originally that we would get the full refund. Then after we made arrangements at another hotel and checked out we were told they would not refund anything. I will never stay at another doubletree
