am a loyal client of the Four Seasons and if you are looking for luxury and great service at their NOLA location try maybe the Ritz. The service is on par with a Motel 8 probably worst. The staff desperately need training. I went to check out in the morning I was told by the Director of Rooms said the system was down, I then said I’ll go on my tour leave my bags and when I return I’ll check out no worries. I returned and was served by the front desk clerk who doesn’t want to be there because omg the most condescending arrogant flippant woman I’ve met at a front desk. As I was going over the charges my daughter asked if she could collect my bags as I perused my bill. Ciara then said no she can’t give us our bags until we have settled the bill as per the instructions of the Director of rooms. I was surprised because yes there is a cc on file as is required upon check in so to be honest I could’ve just left and the hotel would’ve been able to get whatever funds I had for them. This was so unsettling for me and the height of unprofessional who can rob the four seasons who has ALL my info and who I’ve stayed with for years. I rarely do reviews but this one was needed I’ll be contacting corporate as well so that this isn’t done to another family and yes I feel it was intentional

Had family emergency in home state. Had to check out three days sonner than expected. Could not get credit refund on three days remaining. Billed for entire stay booked.

We had a great 4 days. 2 rooms. Double beds rach. Comfortably slept a family of 6. The room was always flawless even though we ate peel and eat seafood etc. Car was ready fast. And location is to die for. Just a great great time.

very clean. beautifully designed rooms with very thoughtful amenities. very nice staff. however for a 5 star hotel I would expect all simple requests to be met. there were 4-5 separate requests (bellhop to come help with bags, extra towels, etc that went unanswered. The pool was also lovely, however the experience was partially ruined by classless guests smoking marijuana in the pool (near children) which disrupted the experience, sadly they were not asked to stop despite smoking for over an hour that we observed. I found it very heavy handed, and borderline sleazy that the water ($6) was placed (clearly a hotel policy) by the night table each night so as to encourage guests to enjoy water under the apparent assumption that they are complimentary (as would be expected in a hotel of this caliber) only to be charged later. Perhaps I may have misunderstood the intention, however I noted water as $6 on the menu. the lobby bar was the highlight - the crudite dish $14 was the standout item of the hotel. the breakfast was very underwhelming in general, and even more so when considering the expense, I unfortunately had to stop ordering it after the first morning. slightly different experience than I have had at other 4S locations in the past. overall great value for the midweek price we paid, however had I paid the typical rate $600-900/night I would likely have been dissatisfied.

Our stay at the Four Seasons New Orleans was amazing. The staff treated us like family and the spa/amenities were fantastic.We will be back again for sure.

Construction directly across street started at 8a on the dot and was so loud we had to leave immediately. Room was not properly cleaned and replenished. Had half drank drinks in mini fridge. Missing drinks and snacks from the mini bar. Never received blankets, sheets, or pillows for our child for the pull out couch bed. Used toiletries and still got charged for a room upgrade.
