One11 Hotel

Pre cruise family trip was an amazing stay. The shower was exhilarating after a long travel. The bed was glorious. Not too hard not too soft. The location was outstanding. Walking distance to everything. The decor was beautiful. Perfect!

Now I have a place I can recommend to family and friends if they’re ever in New Orleans. Definitely staying here next time we’re in town!

Parking 45 night , you have to repay every night, staff told us we had extended stay. 5 minutes, not kidding, no room cleaning for 5 nights, you have to ask..rooms are nice and modern however, you can walk to most places easily.

Overall very nice hotel in perfect location. Small room not enough space to open a 2nd luggage. The air conditioner is set up on the side of the room blowing right into you when you sleep right into your head, very inconvenient. The pool is not heated kids didn’t want to go in.

Beautiful little building with interesting history. Stylish clean rooms. The pool is next to the dining area which makes for an awkward exchange. The person who checked us in failed to tell us about the rooftop viewing area and we were there for 6 days visiting family and would have loved to have know about it. Housekeeping is upon request. But this depends on who checks you in. The person who checked us is said we had to request it each time. Wheras another person checking in was offered to set up housekeeping right then. They offer continental breakfast M-F and brunch weekends. Walkable.

they missed the plot on service. promised to clean the room after two days and never came for the remaining three days everyone just put their garbage in the hallway. they are staffed by super nice kids with not training and mangers don't care. spend your money someplace else.

The walls are paper thin, you could literally hear everything anytime someone was coming out of their room, a baby crying, the upstairs tenants. The property in itself is very nice but the noise at night I could not get past.

Our family had the worst experience with this hotel. Our car was vandalized along with several others. This is a known issue with the hotel yet they do nothing to prevent this from happening to their guests. When notifying the hotel’s Director of Operations Bart he was extremely rude, racist, and exhibited behavior that was unwarranted. He did not want to help us and kept asking us every five minutes when we were leaving after cancelling our reservation for the second day stay. We cancelled due to the safety issue the property presented. This was the worst experience we have ever dealt with. We were traveling with young children and infant and my mother who is a senior citizen. The treatment displayed to myself and my family was completely uncalled for. The hotel showed no remorse and was Harassing us through out this traumatizing day. I will never refer any colleague or family member to stay in this establishment.

Our stay was amazing, thank you very much! I would recommend this hotel to my family and friend for sure. Only 2 little points to improve. Is that possible to add some hooks in the bathroom for the towels and maybe another mirror by the entry doors, to avoid disturbing the other people in the room while they are in bed ?
