French Market Inn

Charming and beautiful hotel, great location, very clean. Has lovely outdoor space with a cute little pool. Our kids thought it was great as well!

The location is impossible to beat!! I travelled with my two teenage daughters and I didn’t get anything but, “wow!” A beautiful and comfortable hotel. The property and hotel are gorgeous. The courtyard and small pool are a quiet spot to unwind after a wild day in the French Quarter while winding down a bit before going out for round 2 of fun that night. The staff was more than welcoming. There is also a great Concierge to help with any questions or reservations. I have already recommended this hotel to 3 family members traveling next month. Hope to be back soon Big Easy…..miss y’all all ready.

What a magical find! The stars aligned for us here. Price, location and the room were all lucky finds for us and made our family trip to NOLA memorable. Staff was super friendly and the location was ideal to do any French Quarter stuff or get picked up for excursions like a swamp boat ride.

Great stay for a family close to everything but out far enough for some quiet. Felt very safe

Loved the historic image of the hotel! Very convient and in walking distance to the streets like Canal and Bourbon street. The staff was amazing! Such a beautiful view seeing the Mississippi River right across the street! Me and my family stayed for 2 days and didn’t have to move our car once seeing as everything we needed was in walking distance! Would definitely be back at the same hotel once I come back to New Orleans!

This was 2nd time I have stayed there for vacation. This time I brought my family for a celebration & we had 4 rooms total. It is very easy access to tour buses, carriage rides, steamboat across the street, river across the street, walkable to bourbon street & restaurants. Friendly workers. They can arrange tours. Rooms were very clean, showers were nice. Rooms were kind of small, but the place is very old so to be expected.They held our luggage for free after we checked out for a few hours. Coffee shop next door very convenient. Would stay there again

Our experience was pleasant and enjoyable, starting with the very nice person at the front desk during check-in. We had no issues or complaints and would recommend to friends & family (we'd stay again as well).

Really enjoyed our stay and very happy with the accommodations. We had one of the newly renovated rooms with two queen beds for two adults and two children. There was a refrigerator, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, but small. No space (desk or table with a chair) to set up a laptop, which was disappointing for my oldest child but nbd for the rest of us. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and very responsive to any requests. The courtyard is wonderful and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Easy walking distance to everything but just enough out of the way to be nice and quiet at night. One small thing, there aren’t black out curtains and there is good lighting outside. If you are sensitive to sleeping with lights I recommend bringing a sleep mask. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

The Hotel was Wonderful, unfortunately the immediate surrounding area, had a feel of not being safe. Especially with children.
