Great location on Bourbon. Overall nicely maintained hotel. Definitely pre-pay for valet-required parking if you a discount rate is available or get ready for an extra $50. Try to avoid 5th floor, given you get a dormer window with a slanted wall. Already a tight fit in the room for family of 4, but lack of window, balcony and slanted wall makes it feel smaller.

So this was our first trip to New Orleans and we wanted to be close to the french quarter and this looked perfect. If we wouldn't have had our 8 year old child with us it would have been great. I have no complaints but its definitely not a kid friendly place we wouldn't let our son go swim because there were multiple adults out tanning and drinking and was worried he would be to overzealous for them. It was easy to find and they do have parking but there's a fee to do so. Oh and the restaurant didnt open till 8 am so we skipped it. Beds were very comfortable.

We had amazing time with family and friends for my niece's wedding. It was a great spot to be close to all the hot spots around us.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in the French Quarter of New Orleans for an impromptu celebration of my child's high school graduation. The location was perfect for him to truly experience the French Quarter, yet the rooms were quiet enough for us to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was lovely with contemporary decor, comfortable beds and bedding, and a great shower. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, although a bit run down in a few areas (hallways, elevators). The valet parking on site was a huge bonus. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area and patio were beautiful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was good (limited options). The staff was friendly and engaged. We were able to walk easily to areas of interest (e.g., St. Louis Cathedral, Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde, etc.). Overall, a great hotel in a good location to truly experience the French Quarter.

We will not return. The only amenity open was the pool. Bar and restaurant NOT open. Nothing else open until later in the day. Mary serving coffee in the morning was the best part of our stay. This is not a location for kids or seniors It’s historical, I understand. I highly recommend you stay outside the French Quarter and go there on a day trip. Also don’t wear open toe shoes. Fluids and trash everywhere! It’s sad what a DAILY party zone this has become It’s chaos from 6pm-6am none stop

Could have been better. I had called ahead to see if we could have a courtyard room and they said they would note it. Instead we got a parking garage room. When I asked if there was anything else they said for another $100 a night we could change. The room was super small. Not comfortable for 4 people. If you’re traveling with kids you better book somewhere else. Toilet was not flushing so they did come and fix that. Some of the service was great. Anyone working for tips -valet and bartender were super nice. They do have a security guard at night so it felt very safe. Which is important because this is the busiest corner of Bourbon. It’s a bigger hotel right in the middle of everything. So if paying for that is worth it then this is your place. Also don’t eat at the tables poolside, the city rats are bold out there- best just to drink out there and keep it clean.
